70mg tren ace ed is not a mild recomp, that is a heavy tren run, and we can’t talk Aromasin or caber dosing without seeing your bodyweight trend, body fat, BP, sleep, and actual bloods because crashing e2 or prolactin will wreck you fast.
Your macros might be fine or might be way off depending on your weight and activity, and that changes the whole plan.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Hey Mate,

Welcome to Evo, without knowing your experience with PED's and stats its hard to give any guidance or advice, That is a big Tren run and adding Caber and Aro without blood work is asking for a lot of trouble as @LevButlerov has said, get a log started so we can follow along and offer guidance based on where you are at.

i would do the aromasin 2x a week only. you aren't running enough test for 3x a week

If it's your first time with Tren, you'll get really good results on 300 mg a week. 500 mg a week is a little high.

If it's your first time with tren, you really don't need more than 250 mg a week. It just depends on your experience. 500 mg is a big dose; you're going to feel the side effects.

Bros, I would ease off on the TB500, 500 mg a week, really hardcore. I've used it that high and the sides are not worth it. You're going to have a hard time sleeping.

How do the Aromasin and caber doses look?
It might be difficult to run Tren at that dosage for a full 10 weeks. I know for a fact you're going to cause a lot of organ damage. I would stick to 7 or 8 weeks maximum.
 
I would say, I thought dosage of tren you’re looking at having some very serious sides
