Only 4 days on bpc, can’t tell yet maybe couple more weeks should be better(i hope)🤣

Give it some time brother this works over time. How long do you plan on running and at what dose? In 6 weeks I could lift again after almost tearing my tendons in half.

Up your collagen peptide power dose as well collagen pairs well with injuries and BPC

500mcg a day split AM/PM i have enough for 7-8 weeks i think

That's really cool that you are avoiding overtraining. That's very important. I don't think you're overtraining at all from what I'm reading on your exercises. @Pat7x

Testosterone and deca are some of my favorites. Are you using proviron with it? @Pat7x I can't remember if you were.

I already have low shbg on bloodwork so I didn’t use proviron @Ulter

By training less sets, cut out junk volume
@Pat7x Bros, that's really good if you ask me. You want to make sure that you're pumping it, but you don't want to over pump it like you said. That's a smart way to train.

you are going to have low shbg on gear in general. the proviron helps with DHN issues from deca

-I did the math wrong and I have been doing 1mg a day of bpc-157 for 7 days, starting week 2 I will reduce it to 500mcg a day lol. (First time doing peptides)
I only caught my self because I see my peptides running out so fast!

That volume must have you working up a good sweat, impressive.

I have been doing 1mg a day of bpc-157 for 7 days
If you can afford it 1mg ED is a good dose and isn't unheard of at all. I give my girl this dose in her KLOW blend of healing peptides for her hips and it's worked for her big time in only 4 weeks.
 
Friday’s training and average diet in the past 7 days.
It was my birthday on the 16th but me and my wife will go to Korean BBQ today to celebrate. I miss those shirt ribs and spicy bulgogi beef!

I think that dose makes me lethargic i reduced it to 500mcg a day @HarleyGuy
 
@Ulter it’s Korean BBQ style, they serve raw meat and you grill it yourself so you cook it exactly how you like it, but they also do appetizers that’s already cooked.
@ceo yeah brother gotta go get some Korean bbq huh! Lol

Grind hard, lower volume than before but still makes me sore lol. Now this is quality sets not junk volume! @HarleyGuy
It is quality I can tell. And your drop sets are still around 90% which is impressive I'd say that's not even a drop set it's berserker mode yet again! If you wanna really push it you can do a second drop set at 40-50% and really rep it til death LOL.

Try it and focus on the stretch and burn then you can do partials until failure and have 0 RIR despite the low weight. Tag me and update next Monday I think you'll like this!

Eat normal today but just had a bunch of homemade tortilla chips with a tiny slice of pecan cheesecake as a cheat holiday meal

Elbows starting to hurt after i woke up this morning, I will remove skull crusher off on Monday and add rope overhead extension back and only do skull crusher on Friday. Maybe that will help!

Maybe drop the weight a bit and increase the reps. Focus more on a slow tempo and good form to protect that elbow
