im going to try to just run test at 200 mgs per week (cypionate). i fail to see the reason to run it at the doses so many recommend like 400-500. the estrogen control becomes a serious issue when running test higher imo. i wish i had never run so much test over the years honestly.

Depends on the person and if estrogen prone, some rare instances guys can rub that no AI, vast majority of us would need ai lol, personally I run between 250-300 test on cycle 150mg test while on trt.
