Mild sleep apnea

Current goal: slim down to 12%bf
I was at 250lbs so I’ve dropped 10lbs so far with these macros.

Supplements:
Tudca
Milk thistle
Fish oil
Magnesium glycinate
Ashwaghanda
NAC
Citrus bergamont
Niacin (just started post blood)
Read yeast rice (just started post blood)
Psyllium husk ( just started post blood)

Medications:

Testosterone C 120mg/week (2x 60mg)
Tadalafil 5mg daily
Anavar 25mg daily (3 days left)
Retatrutide 0.5mg (just started)

Food

2900 calories
230g protein
75g fat
320 carbs

Workout split:

Standard PPL twice a week with a day off in the middle. Occasionally I will toss an arm day in if I feel I didn’t get a chance to properly hit them in pull or push day.

Body measurements:

Chest 49”
Waist 35.5”
Hips 40”
Thighs 27”
Arms: 18”

Blood pressure
has been pretty steady around 120/75 daily. I will start keeping an actual log of it rather than just checking it and making a mental note

Sleep avg is around 7hrs per night.
I wake up 330-4:00 am for work everyday. Currently working on my sleeping.

Attached is blood work from pre TRT/anavar and the other is end of cycle blood work. Lipids definitely took a hit.

Missing HCT and hemoglobin on latest lab. Later this week I’ll have that result in.

Pre TRT my test levels were around 880-935 from Jan-March
