i tried it in the calf and quad once... keyword ONCE... i kept it to chest/quad/chest/quad style

Depending on the prop the pip is not bad, I always pin prop in my quads or delts. Usually very little pip first time pinning in each muscle and after that pain free.

I ran that for two years, blasting and cruising. You just get used to it, epsecially when you have too much of it and need to use it.

I do like it better than E though, it kicjks nice. Sorry different strokes I guess.
