That's our TG community (https://t.me/ugloz) - it's a public group chat for community discussion. The screenshots you provided indicated whoever you were messaging was on Threema. It makes no difference though, orders can't be placed outside of our website.

I'll reiterate again but I'm not sure how much clearer I can be at this point brother. Whoever you're speaking to has nothing to do with us. The only way to place orders is through our website (https://ugloz.is/). Our only official communications channel is via email ([email protected]). Anyone that's asking you to place orders through any other platform - isn't us.

Small hiccup due to a big influx of orders from the giveaway sale but AJ being a true gentlemen and getting it sorted straight away and with a couple of extras (some peptides not pictured).
We are all human and make mistakes but the customer service and turnaround was impeccable & faultless
