How much of this in liquid form should I be taking daily ? Its an injectable b12.

We cannot answer that. How is it dosed? You need to ask where you got it from the dosage. That matters.
Good news is you could take the whole thing right now and your body will just discard the excess. You won’t overdose on it.
The recommended amount for most people
That would be a loading dosage. You would do that for 2-3 weeks and then move to a maintenance dosage of 500-1000mcg once per week
