I know everything down to the 'T', why because I took the moddified stack and tailored it even a bit more to my liking. Got both of em printed off at home actually! I never thought that I was going to beat you to this cycle! LOL When do you plan on running it?

Thanks Sweedy, its a great feeling. I can't wait to meet her, going home this week on days off sometime to meet her! Of course I'm gonna make it work with my training though. Last week of Beast, I'm gonna make this shit count!

I really appreciate that Mel, means a lot. This forrum rocks so much I ditched EF completely! Future set me up with an awesome plan that I am gonna start a week from now when I go into pct. Less volume and shoud help me retaining my gains with ample recovery time. Really digging it and I could have never dreamt up this program. Thats to be expected coming from him though!

As for the niece, I am very excited. I hear ya on the break and mend, I keep receiving pics of her and making me more anxious!

One more cycle starts tomar, gonna KTS and can't wait to KTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did legs today and thought that last weeks workout was insane. I blew it away and short rest periods too. I was still able to walk, even better than last week. The stack has really kicked in, beginning of week 3 looks as promising as many have stated. Strong as hell and recovery quickly between sets. It would be so easy to overtrain with this other than dealing with the ridiculous pump. I just stick to my plan that I logged down though!

Tomorrow is chest, I CAN NOT wait!!!

Another great thing was I woke up at 222 this morning, was 226 yesterday. Looking heck of a lot leaner, so really starting to shed that water. I can't wait for it to be gone, pct is all lined up nicely and ready. It will be killer, I think it should be smooth. Especially with the new training program that Future lined me up with!

I hope I'm looking as good as I'm hoping for after pct. I am hard as fuck, its just this layer of water that pisses me off.... 5 weeks and I'm in Cuba for a week! Going to cont to give it all I got and KTS, you dig :hulk1:

Mostly water thats starting to drop, taking herbal diuretics bro. Its not as good as it sounds, but looks very rewarding.

Before I switched over from my cut the lowest I was in the am was 208, the highest in the am after a couple weeks was 228. I retained a shit load of water but I have filled out as well. Thats why my results are a bit deceiving and frusterating. Especially when I look back at the pics of my abs I had 2 weeks ago :crying: Oh well, they are slowly coming back and it will all soon enough be worth it!

WOW is it ever, I was kinda concerned what the pumps would be like this week since last week was almost too much but they seem to be about the same which is good... enough, lol!

I'm dropping on average 1 lb/day on the scale. Thats not accounting for lbm gains and fat loss, if any at this point. I'm just keeping the diet extremely clean and focusing on tearing the gym apart. Its insane, I love it like Donkey Kong!

I did chest today and wanted to keep it safe so kept the weights roughly the same as last week but REALLY focused on form/contraction and did a substantial ammount more of reps but still in the muscle building range. Well, another lb less today... continueing to consistantly drop a lb day whether thats good or not, I only care what I look like post pct. Actually the lighter the better, aroud that 210 area I've always felt the best in terms of 'getting around' so to speak. At 230 I'vealways felt sluggish, etc.

Back today, gonna kill it... I'm pretty tired and need to get some nice rest in tonight so gonna take it easy tonight. Just finished up my set of shifts this am, so can sleep in tomar! Its also my off day tomar too!

Hope everyone else is doing great too!

I've always worked really hard for my gains, its not as easy as just popping a pill as we all know!

Yes and to be honest, I've only did a couple oral cycles and was dumb enough to lose the gains after because I'd quitworking out a few months later everytime. Back in the M1T erra, this is the first run of a 'real' ph! lol

Also, I've never gone over what I have naturally. I just usually got back in the swing of things to do a short one month cycle to get me back to where I was quickly. This time I want to be back for the long haul though. I think in the past it was due to myself overdueing it and getting burned out. I'm switching up to a lot lesser volume, regimen designed by Future. Right now its only one dzy off a week and I can tell its finally starting to take a toll on me. So can't wait to switch it up.
 
Fine... I jsut took this one, haven't worked out today so I'm not pumped up. Maybe I will take one post workout. Tatty's covered and flame suit on!

BTW Thanks a lot Sky and Future but I'm by no means even close to be satisified yet. I have lost some of the water but believe me I am still holding quite a bit. I had a lot more definition/striations and veins throughout my entire physique before doing this stack. There is no way I put on fat either!

Quick update on training I guess...

Back today, again very much stronger but kept close to same weight and focused on form while doing a few more reps each set. A huge plus I seen these last 2 workouts was I ddin't ge the insane pump/cramp in my forearms that I almost couldn't handle last week. I don't know if its b/c that side is gone or if its because I'm that much stronger, etc now with my forearms and what not?! Either way, I loved it and made the workout much more of a breeze.

Going to give it hell in the am with some swift cardio, haven't done much at all lately and being tomorrow is my off day I should still KTS! THAN I can relax :40:

I'm just a hair under 6' and I train at home bud, so it can't be me lol Sorry to burst you bubble, I invested in over 5 g's and basically got everything I need at home! Been doing this for about 4 yrs now and enjoy it better actually!

Well time to go do some cardio on an empty stomache, man this sucks I don't know how I did this every morning!

I used pslin over christmas time and if you look into it, that can cause a lot of water to be held in your muslces. That and the tren but I think I might have gained a bit of weight today though. I was doing super good and keeping it low today than buddy from the city was in town and we went out to a chinese place. Going there starving and not having chinese for a long time nor eating out for a long time = eating enough for 3 people.... honestly prolly 5k cals :crying: lol oh well, I haven't cheated in awhile and might as well keep it going for the rest of the evening!

Yeah every once and awhile its ok, both mentally and physically. A person has to live too... I use to get depressed about it but hey, that don't help. I'm glad I never had the slin with that meal though lol It took 2 weeks to get rid of the water from last time!

Bastards hey.... its American Chinese food, they laugh at us for eating that shit! LOL Oh well, its honestly prolly been like a year if not more since I ate that shit. I think the BEAST ate that shit u no problem though! I am going to be 100% faithful to my diet starting here on monday. Its been pretty clean but no cheating at all for the next 4 weeks! KTS!!!!!

Form was good and intensity still up, ripped out 16 working sets in under 30 min. Heavy too, I felt like a raging bull and was all blown and jacked up. I weighed 225 this am, I'm not really paying much attention the scale anymore as its been a teedertodder with this water lol.

PCT starting this sunday so will be interesting and actually looking forward to it. Before than, got to kill the arm tomorrow first. Than I get to sit through a few hours of pain getting another lap done on my tatty. Hope its done this round, its getting old fast!

Well, today I am finishing up beast/tren and starting to take my pct products. It will be nice to get rid of this bloat once and for all. I can tell that there is some hard earned muscle behind that wall of water and glycogen!

Going to do some light cardio and abs today. Taking mon/tues off as much needed rest. Its been a long and hard haul and my body will thank me for that. Going to start a nw split that Future setup for me to aid in recovery and strength while still making progress. Never have I done anything like it so looking forward to it. Might have to start a new log!

Still holding around that 224 mark, won't be able to tell my true gains until pct is basically over. I am really looking forward to starting this pct and getting that out of the way. With some hard work and a sound diet without any cheating in the next 4 weeks I think I should be impressed! Ready to KTS!
 
Well I don't want to sound like a complete tool, but despite the fact he has no super human powers like super speed or strength he is a superhero. He did fight superman, and has won. Yes he relies on brain and gadgets, but he very underated as far as his fighting ability goes. Also, he uses just his brain and gadgets, but if that mighty brain(one of the smartest in the DC universe) can beat(The battle not the war) a virtually indestructable Superman, well sounds like a superhero to me. Plus Supermans arch enemy Lex Luthor is a super villian and simply uses his brain to outwit superman, well then why cant a guy beating badguys doing the same thing be refered to as a superhero?

Now that the rant is over....you look more like a young toby mcguire to me:)

Are sure you never gave it that much thought? Just make sure you don't fly in & out at bullet speed trying to have sex with wonderwoman while she is sun tanning. She might already be doing it with the invisible man and you wouldn't want to be 'that' superhero. Nor would the invisible man for that matter!

Might start a new log!

Thx btw and also my body fat is sitting roughly where my goal was, 8%ish being very conservative on the testing. I just want to loose a few extra lbs in those stubborn areas but I am sure I still got some excess water/glycogen to spare yet. Only been 3 days!
 
Hey Webs that little pre cardio set-up I gave squats will help with the stubborn body fat for sure! It helps loosen up that stubborn alpha fat receptor cells!!!

You betcha buddy, I'm taking it right now. I'm just taking about a week or so off from hard cardio until I get a good start on my recovery. I think it will be best in the long run for keeping my new, hard earned muscle! Trust me, I got a few tricks up my sleeve to get diced before summer. Won't be for Cuba but I should be aight for that in 4 weeks!
