So i've been lifting for 8 years now and been completely natty. I'm 24 and think i've about reached my peak within reason... I get diet could always be better, training can be better and sleep ETC. I'm 6'0 and weigh about 95kg. Depending on water retention. I was thinking of running 300mg of Test E x2 weekly and 50mg anavar a day. I play alot of rugby at fairly high level and used to be a sprinter. My goals are to feel fuller and see a big strenght and size increase. i'd like to bumped my weight upto 105kg. I've been that weight before during a bulk and was still able to shift gears fairly well. i get 8hours sleep daily on the odd occasion it might be less if the kids wake me up. i go to the gym 5-6 times a week depending if i've got a game on the weekend.

I'd love some advice.

Before anyone gives cycle advice you need to start a proper training pre cycle log because right now we don't see your daily calories, bodyweight trend, training loads, rugby workload, sleep quality, or injury history.
Get a precycle log up for 2 weeks with food, bodyweight, lifts, sprint and rugby sessions, and sleep so the EVO family can tell you if 600mg test + Anavar even makes sense or if you can hit 105 kg with better structure first. 15min of your time to change your life :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

10kg AKA 22lbs is a lot of weight to gain.
Cycle is good, not crazy - would only do Var for 6 weeks though at the end
Def need a proper PCT if you want to keep that fertility

Otherwise you could just try a GH cycle.

Definitely start a log. You'll be amazed at how much you're able to improve when you do that.

Bros, you should look into some peptides and using GW. That will help with endurance.

I think in your situation, based on your goals, you should swap in some TBol over Anavar. You'll get less pumps that way.
 
300x2 for a total of 600mg a week? With your background and training schedule, I think that will be seriously effective. Gotta control the e2. You’ll get bigger fast. Gonna be wearing sweatpants all the time because your clothes Will not fit.

The thing about PEDs… they work. For someone like you they are going to work really good! So once you get bitten it’s over. You’ll be into it. Take the suggestions to get that next baby deal sealed.

Oh and everyone is going to know hahaha. I’ve had friends get inspired to work out because I was looking really good. And they’re like “it’s not really working”. 🤷‍♂️. 😂

I think for a first cycle 300 or 400 mg is perfectly fine and I have no issue with you adding an oral to it. Why not?

You can certainly do a cycle like this but you will need an AI for sure. That's a lot of testosterone, 600 mg. You don't want to end up with gyno.

Fix the basics first bro, lock them in.

Nutrition
Training
Sleep/recovery

Then go for it..

Start test at 300, pull bloods after 4 weeks to see where conversion is heading. If good titrate if not will need aromasin. Save the var for the back end of the cycle when you stall out your lifts.
 
Wait a year at 24
@maccerzz I agree with @Mobster you can get a log up and running and go all in on your log for a while until you decide to cycle. I'd put a lot of energy too into learning about PCT at your age to keep your HPTA healthy and up and running well for having your last child successfully if you decide not to wait until you're done having kids.
