So i've been lifting for 8 years now and been completely natty. I'm 24 and think i've about reached my peak within reason... I get diet could always be better, training can be better and sleep ETC. I'm 6'0 and weigh about 95kg. Depending on water retention. I was thinking of running 300mg of Test E x2 weekly and 50mg anavar a day. I play alot of rugby at fairly high level and used to be a sprinter. My goals are to feel fuller and see a big strenght and size increase. i'd like to bumped my weight upto 105kg. I've been that weight before during a bulk and was still able to shift gears fairly well. i get 8hours sleep daily on the odd occasion it might be less if the kids wake me up. i go to the gym 5-6 times a week depending if i've got a game on the weekend.
