Grow 30 lbs in 3o days, slin & metformin cycle questions

I've been planning my next cycle and came across an article by Mike Arnold titled "gain 30lbs in 30 days"
His logic makes a lot of sense and even though gaining 30 lbs seems unrealistic IMO I'm trying to follow
this protocol and hope for at least 15lbs in 10 weeks.
My biggest concern about this cycle is the usage of Slin and Glucophage(Metformin) which I understand has 2 main benefits..
Metformin is a useful drug in BB:
1. helps get into keto on a Cyclic ketogenic diet ( not interested )
2. it helps regain sensitivity after a 'slin cycle ( What I'm looking for)

This is the cycle and the link below. Cycle has 2 phases, since is lengthy I'm only copying the 2nd part regarding AAS only.

• 200 mg of Test Propionate daily. (will do 100mg/day instead with NPP at 400mg/week)
• 10 mg of Methyl-1-Testosterone, taken 2X daily. (doing D-bol instead, M1T is too harsh IMO)
• 10 mg of Superdrol, taken 2X daily. (taking Super dmz 3.0 instead)
• 100 mcg of Follistatin, taken 1X daily.
• 3-5 IU of GH, taken 2X daily. (am and before workout) (how to time with Humalog or Humalin-R?) **3 days per week only**
• 6-10 IU of Humalog w/ each meal (3x/week)( plan to do only pre-post WO instead of suggested w/each meal)
• 100 mcg of IGF-LR3 daily. ( most IGF is bunk so not wasting my $ on this) (doing cjc-1295 and Ghrp2 night time and day off hgh)
• 750 mg of Glucophage(Metformin), taken 2X daily. ****(my biggest concern since no much research about it)****
• 12.5 mg of Aromasin, taken 2X daily. (adding 50mg proviron/day so will only do 12.5mg daily)

Any experts that have done Insulin and used Metformin to enhance sensitivity I'd like to know your experience with it.

Did you read the part of the article where it says "....Before one even contemplates using insulin, the first thing they should do is determine the amount of carbs they need to maximize recovery and growth. Only after that has been done can one determine an appropriate insulin dose."

....he then explains that you take insulin in the appropriate amount based on how many carbs you are eating....you don't just shot it williy nilly because you read the article.

How many carbs you eating each time you take insulin?

All I can say is this is too much bloody shit to put in your body, are you pro BODY Builder ? I am a junior but honestly unless your lively hood is from this, why would you put this in yoru body

How many carbs you eating each time you take insulin?

Yes, this is my 2nd time doing insulin. I usually do 6-10ius and dose fast acting carbs 9-10 grams per IU. Also mix it with bcaa's and hydrolized whey and Creatine to maximize spike.
My question is in regards to metformin mixed with slin. Have you used it?
If not, I appreciate your concern in regards to insulin usage and my health. I know is dangerous but this is not my first rodeo.
I'm really trying to get an expert opinion of someone who had actually used it both in a synergistic fashion and how did the cycle improved.

I would Have to agree with tbol. That is too much shit to put into your body. 30 lbs in 30 days. I think that's pushing it also. And how much of that would u keep? How many cycles have u done in the past bro?
 
I'd personally say your wasting your money on Folli.. Do some research and you'll find that it cannot function in the body without being attached to a Virus.
Second, I'd change your Cjc and Ghrp to Cjc with Dac.. Throw in huperzine a and you'll have way better results.. I've been running Cjc Dac for 9 weeks today and am having Igf bloods done tomorrow to prove how good it is at raising Igf levels..

And yes, thats a lot of chems, but its your body.. I'm only offering my personal experience here..
 
If you gain 30 lbs in 30 days, you better believe 90% of it is going to be fat and water. Insulin is to known to get people fat as fuck in a hurry anyways
 
I've done about 10 cycles. As I stated before I know 30lbs in 30 days are unrealistic. My expectations are 15lbs in 10 weeks.

In reality all I'm doing differently is adding slin and hgh.
I was in the fence with follistatin and def not doing superdrol or M1T.
I'd be running dbol for 5 weeks at 30mg and then switching to t-bol and a tren/test/mast for the last 5 weeks.
My last cycle I went from 185 at 12% bf to
195 at 9%bf. So that was roughly about 12lbs of solid muscle and with proper pct I only lost 1lb.
I'm at 203 now with 10% and I'm 5'8.
My goal is 218 with 10%.
That's an optimistic but I wouldn't say unrealistic.

Man you could gain 20 lbs 8 week prop and dbol stack or even tbol and not khave too many sides! are you in a hurry??

Would be interested in seeing your igf levels soon.
How many grams of dac are you doing per week and what protocol are you using for ghrp doses and timing?
Already doing huperzine at 200mcg + green tea extract 3X day as we speak

.... That looks like something i would have done in my younger days. Now i am a little older and wiser i wish i wouldn't have done stuff like that. You always hear guys say getting big is a marathon not a race. That is the truth. I am not trying to bash you bro i think you can get the same results with half the compounds you plan on using. Your body can only take so much. If you can't get big with test and growth it isn't going to happen. Just my opinion. Keep us posted on how your doing. I would like to hear how this run treats you.
 
I agree with you Tim-Tren, def a marathon and not a race.
However you can't pass the opportunity to be take advange when you do a calorie deficit for a month with high intensity training and then start your cycle with a 1500 cal surplus and the AAS outlines above. Your body will be prepped for growing at a faster rate for the first 3-4 weeks or so because of metabolic adjustments
I'm still making adjustments to the cycle based in you guys input and i appreciate the support.
I've always combined 2-3 compounds in every cycle since 1999. When i tried just test the results were not the best but once combined with deca or tren
i noticed much better gains.
I'd be logging the cycle from day one with diet and workout, pics, BF %, etc.
I'm hopping to gain 15 lbs in 3 months, maybe a little to optimistic but in reality i'll be happy with 10 lbs after pct.

IFBB pros do good to gain 5 pounds of actual muscle per year, so.....
 
30 pounds in 30 days anyone who accomplishes that has zero base to begin with. 30 pounds of actual muscle mass in 5 years is a good goal.. 30 pounds in 30 days is just watching the scale move and its extremely unhealthy.

please do not even attempt to do this.
