Hello everyone,

I am a new member on these forums and I would like to formally introduce myself like I have on other boards. I am PowerCage and I've been "in the game" since I was 22 and now I'm 34 years of age. I found this forum through a random google search and figured I should give It a try!

History:
My stats are- 186cm tall (6 foot) 97.5km (215lb) and 9%-11% BF.

Cycle History:
Cycle 1- Test E 500mg
Dianabol 30mg (kicker)
(PCT with nolva, clomid, aromasin and T booster)

Cycle 2- Test E 500mg
Dbol 30mg (kicker)
Winstrol 50mg (finisher)
(PCT same as cycle 1)

Cycle 3- Sustanon 100mg ED (experiment)
Tbol 60mg (kicker)
(PCT same as cycle 1 & 2)

Right now I am coming back from a bike accident I had a few month ago. I still kept up on my cardio, but lifts suffered due to my shoulder. But after surgery, I feel brand new again. I plan to enter my first competition next summer and I hope to bring my best ever. My goal is to put quail lift mass on while remaining somewhat lean (doesn't everyone).

I came here in hope to chitchat about workouts and possible upcoming cycles. I would also like to hear what you guys are running and how it's working out for ya!

Welcome to Evo!
I'm also in the Process of coming back from an Injury.
So right now I'm Cruising on Test and Tren, because Originally, I thought that I would come back sooner........................ JP

Hey powercage welcome to the forums from a fairly new member myself. Good to hear your doing ok after the bike accident. I have one too and they don't always end so nicely.
I am 5'9 185 with 7-8% bf and have done a test e cycle in the past which gained massive strength and size but an injury led me to lose some size. Looking to do another test cycle in the future.

JP:
What injury did you suffer from? And cruising? How old are you, if I may ask.

Stretch:
I was in a motorcycle accident. A driver just took the lane right from underneath me. Was not to bad, but my shoulder took a bit of a hit.

Ripped:
Yes, riding bikes always come with danger. But if driven carefully there should not be a huge risk! Watch out for other drivers.

Also, when was your first cycle and when do you plan to run your second?

Thanks for the welcome guys.

Yes definitely have to watch other drivers. Just the other day a car almost hit me at a stop sign. He thought he wanted to turn and decided to go straight and almost hit me while I was stopped.

My last cycle was over 2 years ago but I feel like I can gain a little more since injury before doing my next cycle. Just tryin to plan ahead and thinking about next cycle at the end of this year or early next year.

Welcome aboard - I ride a motorcycle almost everyday (I have three) and sometimes I think the cagers are out to kill me. lol I have learned to become very defensive in my riding style.

I like tren, primo, test, and winny best. yum yum

I was Training for a Grand Masters BB event, about 8 Weeks out, that was the Beginning of May.
Doing DB Pullovers on an Incline Bench with the Pad between my Shoulder Blades.
I Fractured my T-4 and T-6 Vertebrae, and I thought that I would Rehab Sooner.
I figured that I would Cruise, because I was in the Early Stages of a Cycle.......................... JP
P.S.
So now I'm just trying to Maintain, until I get a Final Approval from 3 Different Specialist.
Just staying Light, and doing a Shitload of Mobility Drills.
