I was recently researching abt winstrol, oral and liquid, online and have came to the conclusion that inj winny can be harsh and that's why i have just ordered oral winstrol. my question is how much is the ideal dose, a good cycle duration, and can i stack winstrol with test e 500mg every week and tren a 100mg eod?

50mgs /day is max I recommend with winstrol use; however, that's going to depend on your stats - you might not need it at all.

run it at 50 mg and assess... i was able to run it at 70 mg a day but most have to stay around 50 mg... you MUST run n2guard with winstrol because it is highly toxic and you need to protect yourself as much as possible... n2guard will provide you with the protection you need...

I ended up doing 50mgs/winstrol/day, it's working better than I expected.

No pct ?? Why not ?? It surpresses your levels just like any other steroid does

Everyone is different ,you need to see a person on a "daily" basis to help them. Advice over the "net" can likely end in up in disaster,some times....So I'm just going to stick to my "Personal Experience" only..

I don't do the Winny, because of the "Joint Issue". I have Osteo Arthritis, and last thing that I need is something that will diminish the fluid in my joints any further.
As far as I 'am concerned, Winny, for the most part, is a young mans thing, not for the 60 and over set.......................................JP
