Yeah, it appears to be down. I've been trying to access the site for the last few hours. Intially, I thought it was ISP blocking me....but no.
@Napa1020 @PatrioticNole UGFreak.to was down for maintenance, but they are back up now, I checked the site now, it's up.

here is what I did
Cleared cookies, cache and history and restarted my phone and I got in no problems. I'm on ugfreak.to right now
we had maintenance overnight for a few hours. sorry for that inconvenience
site is back running after a couple hours and you will notice it is faster and more smooth so you can navigate the forum quicker.
if you are getting that 'blocked' message simply clear cookies and delete history on browser (which you should be doing anyway to keep your browser running fast) ..
