No issues with Russian people but do with their govt. listen, if PSL can't spell "amount" right (ammount) and their site and order confirm are riddled with spelling and grammar errors, and they can't format my street address correctly, I think that should worry anyone and send up red flags.

If your that concerned with sending money to Russia, wait till after the Holidays, and the European Division will be back up. As far as grammar, English is not their 1st language. It would be like you trying to talk to some one in another language. You would get all the Nouns wrong (when is it 1st person, and so on).
I don't have a problem with them, my father was old country (he talka like this). Read my Brother paja's comment's, I would guess his 1st language is Spanish.
If you're looking for a "Roads Scholar", you're in the wrong place by a mile or more..............................................JP

I've done a great deal of business with them and still talk with the Administrator at least once a week, I've never ever had a problem, and I understand them completely, even if the Grammar sucks, I don't go there for "English Grammar" lessons. It's like that at a whole lot of sites. There are ways to check, to see if "Kosher".

I knew that, I just didn't know what country you were from. People get scared, or they think you're stupid when they hear an accent (father from Italy).
I have a lot of friends that look to me whenever we're talking to someone with an accent. Even though I don't know their language, because of growing up with the accent, I don't hear an accent. I understand someone even if their English is not 100%.

It's normal to be skeptical w8lifter. Just don't go over to the dark side of skitzo!! Psl did right by me and alot of other ppl I talk to. There are a ton of good sites out there if PSL doesn't do it for you do your research and pick another. There are more domestic ugl in this country than states. I'm seeing new ones every week that I never heard of before.

So, this one's easy, if it's a large order, you send more than one WU. Most sites will tell you this if you ask, some already have it there in their instructions. This is not some thing new, especially if you send money via WU. I've on more than one occasion, sent 2 WU or MG. It makes sense, this way you stay under the radar. Since the Gulf War, you don't want to draw any unwanted attention to yourself, less you have a badge at your door.....................JP

I live in Europe. I've been dealing with PSL now for more than two years. In the beginning, we tried WU, but they are fucking morons. We changed to Bitcoin. Never had a problem.
Sure, the money goes to Kazakhstan or somewhere like that, but I've been using their gear now, for over two years and only ever had one problem when the stuff Haden arrived. After three weeks, they resend the goods, but a few days later, the original package pitched up, I offered to send them the extra cash but they told me not to worry.
I've used their Test400, Test Cyp, Test Enanthate, HCG, Aromasin, Eurotropin and Tren. I know the stuff is good, because I check my bloods every three months.

I've been dealing with PSL for two years, never had anything bad from them, never had a problem. They have always been very helpful. I've bought Testosterone, HGH, Deca, Winstrol, HCG, Cialis, Arimidex, Aromasin as well as other stuff from them.
I started using WU, but they are a total waste of time. I don't have RussiaPhobia as you Yanks seem to have, so I don't give a shit where I have to send money to. They have even more reason to keep their privacy than a single user does.
In any case, I gave up on WU and we now use Bitcoin to pay them. I buy from within Europe, but as far as I am concerned they are one of the best suppliers in Europe and why that aren'approved on this forum is mind boggling to say the least, but I know folks in the USA are reluctant to work with anyone who isn't also an American, but that's not MY problem.
