Makes no sense to not have multiple cards.

Yes. Not to mention whomever opens the card account (which has to be done in order to load any money to it) has to give info like name, address, SSN, phone number) to the card issuer.

the real identity that anyone can call and verify with the hotline (the name on the card) and ATM withdraws dont bother you? The lesser fee's are definitely nice.
