best way to utilize trenbolone for recomp/cut stack

looking for some help with using trenbolone. Not too concerned with how long to run it. I will probably go 8-10 weeks and see where I am at. Its the dosing that has got me flustered. Would 300mgs be good or should I push for 500mgs or more? My goals are recomp/cut. I’m 33 years old. And 6’1’’ and 205lbs. I would like to drop 2% body fat and increase mass at the same time. But mostly prefer to cut as that is more important
 
First up bro gear use is only as good as the foundations of your training and nutrition. You need to share more of that and your previous Ped use to get some accurate advice. Also wheres your body composition at currently? Throw up a photo with your face blurred so people can see where your base is, this isnt trying to be invasive bro just help others with giving you better advice regarding where your currently at.
As for tren it really is a personal affair with the compound and i can only give you information based of my personal use with it.
Some people can handle it at dosages well over 500mg and some cant deal with it at all.
I ran it at 400mg and though i didnt get any of the mental side effects the insomnia and night sweat were fucking horrendous. It was only a matter of time before the lack of sleep was gonna catch up to me and start fucking with my mental control.
Dialled it back to 200mg per week and sleep greatly improved sweats settled and made much better progress.
Still after 8-10 weeks i had had enough though and pulled the pin.
Its a wild ride with tren, if you do go through with it start with tren ace, start low 150mg and titrate up from there until the sides get too much and you should find your sweet spot.

For a recomp or cut, 300mg tren is plenty, you’ll get all the fat loss and strength benefits without wrecking yourself. 500mg or more just brings harsher sides like poor sleep, high BP, appetite loss, and doesn’t give you that much more return. Keep the rest of the cycle simple with test and maybe a mild add-on, then let diet and cardio handle the cut. At your size 8-10 weeks at 300mg will lean you out and still let you add muscle.
 
tren is easy to use. just hit it 300mgs a week. it will yield huge benefits
 
the key with sides is using n2guard. It's a very important support supplement. It'll help you get through a cycle.
 
i hate tren to be honest. there are smarter options. why not go with EQ or primo instead?
 
i'm a fan of tren. but it comes with risks and side effects. just gotta be careful with it
 
Are you using anything else with it just mono tren therapy?

I would love to hear about the progress of a tren only cycle for so many reasons; if you post a log about your 10 week run with tren I'd follow it.
