best way to lose weight on retatrutide without sides

I’m looking for some help with retatrutide. I’ve been using 4mgs a week and am getting really bad constipation and feeling naseaus. I need some advice on the best thing I can do to cure this. Should I drop the dose back down? Or should I just deal with it and push it?
Did you start off straight to 4mg weekly or titrate up? 4mg to start with is very high imo. Could have started at 2mg and work your way up weekly or fortnightly even by .5mg until you reach an effective dose you can handle. Some people find microdosing really helps too however it is individual dependent. Take your total weekly dose and spilt it into ed injections.
The low hanging fruit here is just to lower your dose first if your getting that many sides.

Definitely drop it back to 2mg a week bro and see if that helps. If it eases after 4 weeks increase by 1mg. That's how I have done it to ease any effects. Take your time with this brother.

Start with 0.25mgs ed microdoses less sides.
 
i would go 2mgs a week. that is the best way to go
 
tirzepatide is fda approved. i would go with that one
 
make sure you get all your peptides from umbrella. they are g2g
 
Hello if anyone give me some tips or let me know your thoughts I’ve been on retta for couple weeks now started at 1mg a week now I’m at 4mg a week I feel I’ve lost tons of muscle and feel supper depleted and flat 24/7 started at 215 weight now I’m down to 200 last year when I cut I got down to 200 and was supper lean this time around I don’t look anything like I did last year at that weight as well currently on 400 test E 200dhb and 600eq and still feel no fullness I eat clean deit 5 meals a day train 6 days a week with 30 min cardio debating on pulling retta and seeing if I will fill out and feel fuller and keep cutting with out it
