Have you not done any research here? Starting dose is 1mg per week. You run that for at least 4 weeks and then you can increase the dose if you feel you need to. You would increase the dose in .5mg increments. Max dose would be 5mg. There is no set timeframe. You stay on it until you have the results you want.
You also need to understand that this drug is not magic, it's just a tool to assist you. You still need to control your diet but this will be a great help.
You also do not need to increase in 4 week increments if you feel the dose your taking is still effective. Taking more is not better. It will destroy your gut and you will feel like shit all the time.
