Plan to use it for 48 weeks. Maximum therapeutic benefits were observed at 48 weeks with clinically significant results after 24 weeks. Start at 1-2mg and move up once a month by 0.5-1mg. The sweet spot is often observed around 4-6mg. There weren't clinically significant benefits above 8mg.
