Intro to my summer cycle GSL log.
FYI,I'm just a gym bro,I don't compete, nor do I aspire to be the leanest in the gym.i train for the love of it,to keep in shape and slow father time down a little.at my age longevity is the goal.
Training one on, one off.push upper,legs,pull upper.
mainly compound lifts ,all free weights here,no fancy shit,just good old steel bars n plates,the fanciest it gets is maybee a kettle bell.
Diet is Focus on high protein,high carbs as I have an extremely physical job.i will get roasted by some but I'm going to post my meals with complete honesty.
Today,being Saturday,is rest day ,Sunday will be my 1st log entry kicking off the cycle.
Thanks to Evo for this great platform,thanks to my good friend GSL for this opportunity,for his outstanding quality products,2nd to none as always,and for all he does for our community and this forum.
Main goals from this cycle,to add a couple of kgs of lean tissue and maintain after last successful 3kg gain which I've maintained on a long cruise.
Cycle plan,
500mg sus
450 mast p
100mg tren e
25mg proviron daily.
10mg Cialis daily.
May add EQ at some stage, depending on bloods and length of cycle to be determined.
