After a bit of advice about stepping things up with PED usage. I’m now based in Australia.
Bit of background — I’m 41, been training since I was about 12. Always competed in weight-category sports. Ex-Army Reserve. I carry a lot of injuries from sports abusing my body and a few years back I broke my back and had a severe L5/S1 herniation that left my right leg partially paralysed for a while, but I’ve come good and still train hard.
I’ve run very basic compounds here and there over the last few years, always on the lighter side — Test E around 200 mg/week (micro-dosed EDO), some Anavar cycles, and SARMs/Peptides before ever touching test. All mainly focused on aiding injuries and having a little boost as I’ve gotten older - “TRT” based improvements.
I stay lean year-round even when eating big (not by design). These days training is purely bodybuilding-focused — push/pull/legs split. Compounds are on the heavier side, lower reps (~8) but making sure I’m isolating the muscle not just moving the weight; accessories are higher reps (12–15) with more time under tension focus to failure. The later exercises in a workout I will tend to do lower sets (1-2). Can’t do much sport or impact anymore, so the gym is my main outlet. Previously weights would be focused for sports and strength, total body workouts, some bodyweight/mobility work, basic compound exercises using 3x3/5x5 rep ranges and some accessory work.
I’m 5’9”, 85 kg, aiming to eventually sit around 95 kg at a similar level of leanness. Due to my height I don’t think I need a lot of weight to achieve a good size.
Recently I was bumped off a few sites when trying to order as I don’t have any contacts here in Australia, but I came across UGLOz, and they’ve been absolutely solid. They’ve got great reviews on here, and from my own experience so far, everything’s been top quality — I’ve been using their Platinum brand Test, and it’s been great. Really happy with their choice of the MCT carrier oil too. I’m not a fan of the grapeseed-based blends a lot of underground labs use — I’ve had bad reactions in the past, with irritation and painful lumps that lasted days, sometimes weeks. Core Pharma in particular didn’t agree with me at all and I don’t thing it did anything for me tbh, felt very flat and like I was taking nothing. Back in the UK it is a lot easier to find genuinely high-quality gear, so it’s been a relief to come across UGLOz.
I’ve been researching compounds and leaning toward Anavar, Masteron, and Primo — I like the sound of lean, quality gains with fewer sides. Seems hard to source in Australia though and seems to sell out for long periods.
I’ve been looking at Deca/NPP and Dbol, as they’re easier to find, but not really keen on the excess bloat and temporary weight through water. I know I’ll need to accept a bit of softness along the way though. I’ve no interest in ever touching Tren or Oxy’s.
My favourite physiques have always been the golden-era guys — Franco Columbo, Frank Zane, Mike Mentzer — that blend of density, proportion, and clean conditioning is what I’m chasing.

Recently had a heart health check and bloods with no issues.
I know some people may react differently to different compounds but I appreciate any insights, feedback, or personal experience from those who’ve walked this road a bit further. Trying to do things properly and sustainably, and I have downloaded some of the ebooks on here also.
Between cycles I’ll stay on a cruise dose as the test has really helped me with my injuries etc.

- Anti-aromatase use, how and when (Arimidex, Aromasin, etc.)
- Whether anyone runs Peptides/SARMs alongside test, during or between blasts for maintenance
