You’ll be glad you did, especially if you’re having any stubborn blood markers. I was supplementing EVERYTHING and still had bad ast/alt and I want even taking orals or “on cycle”. I was very frustrated. I’m absolutely convinced that most commercial supplements are more or less bunk. N2guard had me well within healthy levels

For sure I always buy 2 at a time. I will run it forever on or off cycle. HCGenerate too and at the least always off cycle.

Oh bro!! I told him last visit what I am doing, when he saw my test levels then, 1100, he looked at me with raised eyebrows and giggled. This year they are higher, he is good with it. I couldn’t give a shit one way or another!!
He knew the VA denied me and I went rogue, so to speak. I told him that I have enough Test to last two years and I was pinning 300mg a week. Just as long as I keep my perfect blood pressure in check, he has nothing to say, after all, I am the Veteran, that motherfucker WORKS FOR ME!! BOOM!!!

Glad I didn’t quit
I had a great breakfast today but my appetite is totally trashed right now.
I was supposed to be done with my rest today and back in the gym in the morning. I am very bummed out. Oh well, sometimes we just have to accept what we are handed when it is out of our control. I will feel better in a day or two….acceptance

I picked up some 5000iu D and have been taking 3 a day and so much C that I am starting to grow an orange peel!
This is some nasty shit. I am getting some food. Mostly eggs because they are the easiest to eat and im keeping up the psyllium husk. The cold/flu carb cravings are no joke but I haven’t caved in, and my appetite is in the shitter right now.
 
Woke up after 9 hours. No fever. Coughed up some thick nasty shit though. Still exhausted. Have stayed true to the carnivore! I even made CHICKEN soup with homemade stock.
No veggies, no noodles, just chicken, stock and salt. I made the stock a while ago and froze it. It is more like bone broth. Used 4 chicken and 1 turkey carcass in a pressure cooker for 5 hours. I almost turned the bones into gel. Hahahahaha

I am taking a lot of D 15000 ius and so much C that I am turning into an orange peel

This has been nasty. Came at the end of ny break. I can’t talk without coughing . Slept 5 hours this afternoon and will sleep all night.
I am getting really antsy for the gym. Its gonna be a minute.

In DM's I've got him on 5g of VitC and 15,000iu of D with electrolytes and tons of water. I told him to rest and sleep and binge Vikings :p
Also, no training or cardio and if he needs fresh air a walk about is all. @MarkNV way to stick to the carnivore despite this nasty bug you have. You're a true solider of carnivore and of life my brother!

Good easy way to keep some protein in and energy levels stable while you're this run down. Just try and hit your BMR and only fresh air short walks if need be. Otherwise sleep and eat, caveman style.
