Great update. You've come a such a long way since you started @rayray01. Macros are bang on and you're being responsible with your exercises during rehab. Nice to see you still incorporating the sauna in your regime.

I also have a question can I use one syringe to pull multiple peptides in them or have to use separately. Asking this coz I am using like 7 syringes a day in peptides was trying to figure out a more efficient way of pinning them.

Ok I guess just gotta buy 300 0.5ml syringes at a time to last through the month. Lol... well epithalon will end after 20 day cycle. But the rest are on an on going basis.

Ok so hgh covers all those... nice. Well that's helpful I will stop those 3 then. Thank you for sharing that insight. Should I up the dosage on the hgh from 1iu to 2 or 3 iu for more effectiveness of it? Or v keep it at 1iu @LevButlerov

Nooo... not yet! We have data on EVO on some (only a few) that you can but not all in general as they are all so fragile. Do them separately and one at a time.

As for peptides I 100% with @LevButlerov there's many that will be great for you and needed, and others that are just 'extra'. Let's focus on the meat and potatoes right now and not the peas if that makes sense.

Here... crossed out ones are a waste of money at the moment

Bpc157/tb500 (great for your recovery)
Aod9604 (this chain of aminos is already in your GH, you can up to 2iu and see how you feel)
Epithalon (overkill atm)
Mot-c (this comes after a cycle of SS31 and when you decide to really go balls out with mitochondrial function)
Nad500+ (see above for MOTS-C)
Ghk-Cu (I'd only include this if you order GLOW peptide and it comes with the BPC/TB but no need to add it separate)
HGH - before bed (bolus before bed yes, fasted)

And Reta 3 times a week. (1mg M/W/F?)

Even though I showed that you can pin HGH with KLOW I'd still pin your HGH and BPC/TB separate. I was an n=1 experiment.

Got it so just bpc157/tb500 and hgh, doing ghk cu foot skin and hope of elasticity coming back for the loose belly skin and it's help with collagen production. So should I stop that as well ? @HarleyGuy

If you actually have GHK at the moment you can run that yes. If you have all those others you can use up what you've reconstituted already but keep the unconstituted vials for another day and save your money for now. Keep them in the fridge cold and in the dark, and not on the door of the fridge, same goes for the reconstituted vials don't keep them in the door of the fridge they're fragile.

Very nice! Once you take a frozen one out never put it back in though. When opening the drawer be sure not to rip it open all aggressively no matter the mood you're in LOL
 
Any suggestions on how to tighten up loose belly skin? Does retinol lotion help? Or any other suggestions?

If you can love the PIP and consider it a daily travel companion, GHK-Cu pinned directly into your loose lower belly skin actually seems to be working for me. If you don't have GHK-Cu on it's own then use your KLOW/GLOW and pin right into the loose skin.

This is amazing look at those rear delts and obliques just a popping! Keep this going bro 13.9% BF is great. You should take a look at your first ever physique shots compared to now.

Keep going and we’ll deal with the loose skin eventually. For now your lower ab loose skin can be where you pin your GHK-Cu as discussed.

Yes sir, thank you for the encouragement. Goal is flat tummy and lean muscle mass. This will only get better once i start to train chest and abs again. Till then just have to keep my cardio level up and keep training lower body.

Yes sir, that is the game plan, I have my one month follow up with my surgeon tomorrow, he might clear me for resistance trainings, well that my hope. Plus ordered these bfr cuffs which will help me train with light weights and get the most out of them in terms of size and strength. So looking forward to that. Good stuff ahead for sure, god willing.

Ok well instill have to get to a flat tummy first. Will wait till you say so. In the meantime do you think red light therapy and all will be helpful to do so simultaneously even if it helps only by 5% or 10%???

1 month Post Op Doctors Appnt - Went really well, he was happy with the range of motion and cleared me for next steps of Physicsl Therapy sessions. Progress with each passing week.
I've posted both my face and all the mods know my real name and address but it's up to you if you want to include that here. Just letting you know it's on your chart. Personally I don't care about my own anononimity but some members do.

Thanks for posting this I was happy to hear he didn't clear you (in ANY way) to start lifting yet! So take it easy cowboy LOL.

Oh personally I dont care about my name and all but should have cropped atleast the doctor name. I am so not ready for any sort of lifting, I can barely hold up.2lbs dumbell at shoulder height for more than 15 seconds. Long way to.go before I can do any upper body lifting. But am sure will get there eventually.

Cool. I don't care either I usually try and black out stuff but have stopped bothering to LOL. Ok good on the no lifting, steady as she goes and we'll be here through it all anyway and when you're ready to lift again.

Great work. I like to see the collagen still in there and at a good dose. The walnuts and pumpkin seeds are a win for your fats too, well done!

Got test and estradiol checked today along with blood donation done today.

Any advise on how to get this estradiol in check?? It came back with a vengence.... lol I am surprised my test running this high, could it be because I pinned 150mg on monday eve ing and took labs today although number is down from last time which was 1500..

We dont have LCMS e2 tests but I would assume its this high due to your base. We can easily resolve this, lets add aromasin 2x/week 10mgs to start off and level out your e2 @rayray01

Cool you got it. I mean i feel fine even now, but wanna make sure the estradiol is checked and reigned in to avoid any potential gyno problems is my main concern. I am glad I got up my doc to ask her to write up these labs.
we are not doing high dose aromasin it will level out

results not bad, can you add 1 avocado per day to your food?
 
Today diet and excersize. Next 2 days gym is closed because of the heavy snow we are expecting. They will let us know if on Tuesday they will open up. So I guess couple of rest days.

Hey @LevButlerov . What are your thoughts on adding GW50516 to help aid with last bit belly fat loss. Or even better stacking it with clen?? I re really wish to push this non lifting time to focus on cardio to get this last bit of fat off before I am able to lift again.
It's possible it will help you but right now don't order anymore products lets wait until you're closer to 90% @rayray01

Done more labs results. I went for labs after gym and sauna hence egfr is low for to dehydration liver enxyme slightly higher but I anticipated that, post all pretty solid labs.
Lowered kidney function and elevated potassium at the same time. I don’t like that at all. When my potassium was elevated it affected my heart rhythm. Could be a simple fix of drinking water. Are you taking anything that causes potassium retention or anything that would prevent you from effectively hydrating?

Well I sick at driving enough water to begin with, like it is, a constant struggle for x me not just x blow but all my life. I do good for free days or week with water and then I fall back to not driving enough, I gotta do better, plus this lab was drawn Roddy after my gym and 30 min sauna, so was pretty dehydrated for it i am sure. I was prescribed 4 tablets of potassium a day, plus I started reading banana regularly but now I have cut my potassium medicine to half. Will repeat labs in a month again. Hopefully that will get things in line. @toddthelineman
