I’m running a Test (300mg/week) + Primobolan (100mg/week) setup this round with a simple goal: steady, clean progress with an emphasis on quality muscle, tighter look, and consistent performance. No chaos, no ego-lifting, no bouncing around—just execution and tracking the basics the right way.


Goals (Spring 2026)​


  • Leaner, harder look while keeping strength moving up
  • Add quality tissue without excessive fluff
  • Stay consistent with training, sleep, steps/cardio, and nutrition
  • Keep health markers and recovery a priority

What I’ll be tracking in this log​


  • Bodyweight + Body Fat Percentage
  • Photos/updates (periodic)
  • Strength Training (main lifts + accessories)
  • Sleep, recovery (Whoop & Hume Bands)
  • Diet
  • Any notable sides / adjustments
  • Bloodwork + health notes (when I have them)

Training / Diet approach​


Training stays consistent: progressive overload, smart volume, and controlled intensity. Diet will be structured and repeatable—enough fuel to train hard, with adjustments based on weekly trend and look.

Imo primo is an expensive ai and cosmetic drug. I would rather use eq.

Man I had purchased like 15 vials of primo gotta use some sometime... plus it is my first time trying it so wanna see what is it all about as well. But your suggestion is right on the money

Good new log :D @rayray01 in your situation you can do primobolan but eq is better. You have primo on hand right?

Yea man I have about a dozen vials of each primo, eq, masteron, tren, deca, winny, 1 vial of menti, 20 vials of test. I can run whatever you recommend. Goal is 6 pack abs, flat tummy, and add 5 lbs on arms and thighs in process.
@LevButlerov so whatever you advice would be best we will go that route. Want to accomplish this by May end or stsrt of June and I will do whatever it takes to get there brother. Hence was thinking of tren to.really.grt things going, but whatever you say will.go that route brother.

@rayray01 you should get good results on this one. wish there was reta back in the days when i was doing 500mgs a week primo. that would have been amazing

I think there's more value in using Equipoise over Primo. You pay twice the amount, or sometimes three times the amount, for the Primo and you get less results. If you've never really done Primo, it's not a bad idea to try it to see how you do on it. @rayray01

Bros, if you got that much Primo, I would definitely hit it but run it 400 or 500 mg a week. @rayray01 Push it really hard because it's kind of weak.

I have followed @LevButlerov advice on that and will continue to do so, whatever he says goes when it comes to P.E.D's. I do notnhave enough knowledge or experience so better to listen and learn from him, plus he is aware of all my health conditions so he advises on the dosage keeping that in mind. I trust him. Maybe post surgery and recovery we will pick it back up coz right now everything is on hold.

Sorry to hear this man. You've had a tough time with these different injuries and it's just a bad break all around but the good news is you can still train your lower body. @rayray01

Definitely make sure you balance out your leg training. This is a good opportunity with your upper body being out of commission for a bit.

For sure I think once my remaining belly is gone and I get out of running a c9nstsnt decifit and get into surplus that is when i will start to see muscle mass being added, coz right now its all about get as lean and as much fat as possible. @2Thick
 
Quick update for everyone: I’ve got an upcoming surgery scheduled, so I’m going to put this Spring 2026 Test + Primo log on hold for now.

In the meantime, I’ll be restarting my Road to Recovery log and keeping all updates there—training modifications, rehab work, recovery progress, mindset, and anything else relevant as I work my way back.

If you want to stay in the loop, please follow that recovery log for regular updates. I appreciate all the support, and I’ll be back to this cycle log once I’m cleared and ready to run it properly.

@HarleyGuy already got it done last Wednesday. This time some being super cautious and babying the right arm, got 7 more weeks in this sling.
My bad I'm on the wrong log and got caught up on the old one first LOL. Blonde moment LOL

Yea man that was just excitement of starting something new, but as the initial excitement dissipated amd I learned more about things. Such choices are direct result of all of that. If it wasn't for you and lev I wouldn't have made it this far amd learned as much as I did.
