What’s up everyone — starting a fresh log for Spring 2026.
I’m running a Test (300mg/week) + Primobolan (100mg/week) setup this round with a simple goal: steady, clean progress with an emphasis on quality muscle, tighter look, and consistent performance. No chaos, no ego-lifting, no bouncing around—just execution and tracking the basics the right way.
Goals (Spring 2026)
- Leaner, harder look while keeping strength moving up
- Add quality tissue without excessive fluff
- Stay consistent with training, sleep, steps/cardio, and nutrition
- Keep health markers and recovery a priority
What I’ll be tracking in this log
- Bodyweight + Body Fat Percentage

Training / Diet approach
Training stays consistent: progressive overload, smart volume, and controlled intensity. Diet will be structured and repeatable—enough fuel to train hard, with adjustments based on weekly trend and look.
