Nightly Update - Weigh in 88.1kg
Weighed in at 88.1kg, which is a pretty substantial weight increase. I might be holding onto some water from the Friday night dbol legs session. Happy regardless, calories will stay the same for now.

Training - Chest and Biceps
Managed to get a small PR on my second set of incline db presses, 47.5kg for 6 reps. Got an awesome pump. I filmed a short posing video under some decent lighting, pretty happy with how I’m looking at the moment.

Good job on the ancillaries. Finasteride and vitamin C and D are really good together. Just make sure you run some good testosterone boosters to offset any finasteride issues. @Nasser1997o2

Pretty sure you do, might be called "Honey Smacks" or just puffed wheat cereal. Its a childhood favourite.

Nightly Update

Forgot to mention last update that I am now using the @Prymal HGH. Absolutely no issues with reconstitution and sent me off sleep like a fat baby. Im not sure how much actual muscle building and fat loss 2ius of HGH does, but ill stay on it for the sleep alone.

I worry about pushing the doses higher, as i dont want any hand or feet growth. I got pretty big hands and feet as it is, i dont need flippers!

Training - Legs

I was absolutely dog tired all day today. I was struggling at work, and had to drink 4 coffees just to get through it. I was suffering from some serious lethargy, which i think might have been from the dbol. So today i decided just to stick to my first true love Anavar.

I dont know what is in @PharmabolicsOz Anavar, because sweet lord i hit more PR's in one session then i ever have before. Even at 10mg, this stuff hits me like a truck. I keep testing my blood pressure, convinced that its actually Anadrol, but blood pressure is perfect.

When I was younger i would run 50mg of Anavar and not feel it as hard as this. Maybe im just getting old. An actual anadrol might kill me :D

BB Squats - 140kg - 3 sets of 6. I haven't been this strong in a decade!
BB RDL - 110kg
Leg Press - 240kg - Ill be honest, i think i almost blacked out on those last reps
Leg Extension - Full stack
Hamstring Curl - Machine setting 77kg

Something about the preworkout Anavar just gets me so fired up. I'm in the car just ITCHING to load some weight on the bar and go, go, go!

Food
The last couple of days, i've actually been eating the same meals. Not for any particular reason, i've just been pretty busy and made a whole bunch of food just so i didn't have to think. So hitting my macros have been pretty easy. Im normally not a meal prep person, but its actually been a big load of my mind to just know what im going to eat, instead of picking something and trying to make it fit in my plan.

I made some injectable l-carnitine and pinned 1ml preworkout. I usually use a slin pin, but i didnt think it was going in deep enough, so i switched to a 25g, 1 inch pin. I find the high concentration L-carnitine (mine is 600mg per ml) gets really thick. The 25g, while a little big, makes it super easy to glide right in.

I've never had an issue pinning. I know some people hate it. I think i got some mild Bostin Loyd in me. :LOL:

Really nice on the cycle. I like that you're keeping the growth hormone at just 2 IU's. I see too many people running too much of it. It doesn't make any sense. Less is better. @Nasser1997o2

Yesterday I had some pretty bad brain fog all day. I had a really good sleep last night and a big sleep in this morning and I felt much better.

I feel like I’ve hit a second “peak” with my training. Felt super strong today during my session.

BB pendlay rows - 100kg
Plate loaded single arm pull down - 100kg
Machine cable row single arm - machine setting - 90kg
Cable row - machine setting 86kg
Lat pulldown - machine setting 86kg
Straight arm pulldown - machine setting 26kg

Had a crazy pump afterwards. Felt like my arms were resting on my lats

Nothing new today in the food side. Ate slightly higher protein than normal though.

Tried some PT141 and it didn’t give me the desired effect. It just made me super nauseous and red faced.

What dose though? I find if I keep it under 500mcg it's like having viagra on board for 24 hours, even when you don't want it on board like doing groceries and you're like WTF! LOL. PT-141 is a derivative of Melanotan2 so you'll get that MT2 effect to a lesser extent with it but it doesn't last or become a tan.

500mcg is a pretty bang on dose. I find the flushing goes away once you’ve used it a few times. I never found the PT helped with libido as much as it did with both random boners and boners that appear if you even momentarily think of anything sexual at all. It’s like a high dose cialis. The nausea for me was present only the first time I ever tried it, kinda like Sema.

Now that I’m used to it I can pin 1000mcg and no nausea no flushing just all boner LOL.

Yesterday i posted about my negative experience with PT141. About an hour or so after i posted my update, i did get a bit of motion from it.

However, the sickness and red face i get from it, just doesnt seem worth it. My libido is already good, i might just save it for date nights.

Im sort of starting to think that the only peptides that i like are Reta, BPC157/TB500 and HGH. I remember when SARMS came out, and everyone was hype on them, and only a couple ended up any good. I have a feeling the peptide scene might be the same.

Training - Shoulders and Triceps

All day i was dragging ass. I dont know why, i was super tired. I felt horrrible, as I took the day off with my son to hang out, and we didnt end up doing much. I let him play videogames for a bit and ended up falling asleep on the couch for an hour next to him by accident. Sometimes i wonder if maybe im training too hard and burning myself out. I felt alot better after the nap though haha

DB shoulder press - 40kg
DB lat raises - 20kg
DB front delt raises - 15kg
DB rear delt raises - 15kg
Cable delt raise - machine setting 14kg
Tricep pushdown - machine setting 73kg
Single arm tricep extension - Machine setting 18kg

Felt pretty good post workout, took some pics. Feel like im still looking the same though.

Ate slightly higher carbs today. I normally do on shoulders and triceps, as i do a bit more volume and really like the carb pump for that session. Been eating a fair bit of fruit and lollies to get that number up though.

I've finished the wolverine stack from @Prymal and i think im good for now. I've also phased out the frequency of the amino acid injections preworkout. I was just getting a bit over the constant pinning. I dont want to end up with lots of internal scare tissue.

I wouldn't avoid it. I would try it. Just make sure you keep the cycle short and the dosage is moderate.

Im sort of starting to think that the only peptides that i like are Reta, BPC157/TB500 and HGH. I remember when SARMS came out, and everyone was hype on them, and only a couple ended up any good. I have a feeling the peptide scene might be the same.

Training - Shoulders and Triceps

All day i was dragging ass. I dont know why, i was super tired. I felt horrrible, as I took the day off with my son to hang out, and we didnt end up doing much. I let him play videogames for a bit and ended up falling asleep on the couch for an hour next to him by accident. Sometimes i wonder if maybe im training too hard and burning myself out. I felt alot better after the nap though haha

Ate slightly higher carbs today. I normally do on shoulders and triceps, as i do a bit more volume and really like the carb pump for that session. Been eating a fair bit of fruit and lollies to get that number up though.

500mcg is a pretty bang on dose. I find the flushing goes away once you’ve used it a few times. I never found the PT helped with libido as much as it did with both random boners and boners that appear if you even momentarily think of anything sexual at all. It’s like a high dose cialis. The nausea for me was present only the first time I ever tried it, kinda like Sema.

Now that I’m used to it I can pin 1000mcg and no nausea no flushing just all boner LOL.
I’ll have to give it another crack.

I wouldn't avoid it. I would try it. Just make sure you keep the cycle short and the dosage is moderate.
It just seems like it wrecks people so often.

Not much to report today, all I did was train BJJ and go to work. I have been feeling pretty tired lately. I think i might be training too hard, but i cant stop, i love it too much :LOL:

I managed to get a nap after work and i felt pretty refreshed after that.
Training - BJJ

Today was a no-gi session. I pinned 1200mg of L Carnitine before the session. Mostly because i wanted to try different needle guages. I tried a 25 and a 27. 25 shot in super fast, so that might be my new guage to use for bigger volume shots. The 27 is fine, just takes a little longer.

I had a really good session. Not sure what effect that much L Carnitine had. Now that im making it myself, i feel like i can be more liberal with my doses. I've always liked it, even when i was natural. It has so many benefits.

It was incredibly hot during the session, and i was absolutely crushed afterwards. I got a cheeky ankle sub on someone who had my back, he never saw it coming. There is a BJJ comp on soon, and im thinking i might enter for fun.

Next time try 250mcg instead of 500 and yes the redness goes away after a few uses and the nausea was a first use effect for me now I can pin 1000mcg.

Today I was feeling much better. I had been struggling with some fatigue, but after a couple days decent sleep in a row, I feel much better.

Even with my super early morning BJJ sessions, I still woke up feeling fresh and ready.

Training - BJJ2 and Arms
Early start with my second bjj lesson. Had a lot of energy and mental focus, so I was able to perform really well. My strength has increased so dramatically, that I have to make an active effort not to rely on it.

I’m cautious that I don’t want to hurt anyone too. Don’t want to be the sauced out idiot who rips someone’s arm off.

I still get destroyed by the guys with more knowledge than me. PEDs don’t bridge that gap.

Arms? What about legs 2?

I honestly just wanted an arm session. They are always fun. My second legs session was an optional extra that I kept. So I’m happy to rotate it with another workout if I’m feeling it.

Close grip bench press - 80kg
Db Hammer curls - 22.5kg
Tricep push down - machine setting 73kg
Cable curls - machine setting 50kg
Ez bar skull crushers - 35kg
Db Concentration curls - 12.5kg

Got an awesome pump and it was a lot of fun.

I would like better arms, like anyone. I feel like my arms look good in side poses but when I raise them up for a front double bicep, it’s like they shrink.

You're definitely a busy man with the workouts plus BJJ. I agree too much strength can mitigate our technique especially in transitioning positions in BJJ. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Slow meaning more relaxed.

I can’t sit still man. I need to be active.

I’m suprised my cardio has held up so well even while being much bigger and heavier.

I’m pretty much 10kg heavier and still move the same.

Regardless of what I weigh, I can’t see myself increasing food anymore. I feel like I’m starting to finally get a little softer than usual. I know I need to let go of being super lean if I want to grow, but I don’t want to be visually super soft.

Had another pretty massive jump in weight. No idea whats going on, but i'll take it. Im suprised on how heavy i am while still quite lean. I'm sure alot of this weight is intramuscular water and glycogen, and not real contractile tissue. I suppose the longer i go training hard, getting the food in and staying the course, the hard long term gains will come!

Had another pretty massive jump in weight. No idea whats going on, but i'll take it. Im suprised on how heavy i am while still quite lean. I'm sure alot of this weight is intramuscular water and glycogen, and not real contractile tissue. I suppose the longer i go training hard, getting the food in and staying the course, the hard long term gains will come!

Training - Legs and Biceps

Hit a PR on dumbell incline chest press by using the 50kg ones fo a set of 6. Felt super strong, but i was pretty motivated after such a big jump in weight.

DB incline bench - 47.5kg x 6, 50kg x 6, 47.5kh x 6
DB flat bench - 45kg x 8
Cable flys - machine setting 23kg
Machine chest press - machine setting 84kg
Barbell curls - 30kg
DB Decline curls - 12.5kg

My chest and biceps got so pumped that it was honestly hard to keep going with the workout. Felt satisfying pushing that weight around!

It’s always been my favourite way to train.

I pick a heavy compound movement. Go as heavy as I can possibly go for about 6-8 reps. Then go for more of a pump for the other movements.

I don’t know how optimal it is, but it’s my preferred way to go, and it’s fun.

Will do my man. Got about 6 weeks left of this course. If I’m still pretty lean then I’ll push another 20 weeks for more mass then hit a 16 week cut and be absolutely nasty diced for summer again.

Had a pretty chill day, even managed to score an afternoon nap. I trained legs earlier in the day and by the afternoon I was pretty exhausted from the session. The ability to have the nap was great, but sometimes I think I’m pushing myself a little hard. I just enjoy the intense training, I can’t help myself 😄

I was determined to repeat the 140kg squat for reps and sets. I managed to get through it, but it really kicked my ass. Felt good to really push yourself and find out what you’re made of.

Leg extension machine - machine setting full
Hamstring curl machine - machine setting 77kg

Was doing the cowboy leg walk to my car. It’s a good feeling to leave absolutely everything in the gym 💪

Macros the same today. Had some bbq for lunch but managed to get some pretty clean food in. Helps when the bbq has grilled chicken and rice 😂

Woke up feeling a little watery than normal. I had a pretty sizable increase in weight lately, so im willing to bet that im holding more fluid than normal. Sometimes it weirds me out, because ill have zero abs, then go to the toilet and they come back. Water retention is strange. I am on @Prymal HGH, which is the only thing i've changed in a long time. So maybe that related, who knows?

Training - Back

Had to break in the new gym shirt with a good back workout, so the shirt knows its new owner can sling some weight. And before anyone asks, i spent a grand total of $8 on two gym shirts. I dont do the expensive active ware thing.

Pendley Rows - 100kg
Single arm lat pulldown, plate loaded - 100kg each arm
Single arm cable row, machine - machine setting 90kg each arm
Cable lat pulldown - machine setting 86kg
Cable lat row - Machine setting 86kg
Straight arm cable pulldown - Machine setting 50kg

Felt good. Might as well get the new shirt covered in a sweat before it gets its first wash!

Ended up going way higher on protein today. No particular reason, just was following my cravings. I haven't hit such a high protein number in years. Appetite has been fine. The reta kills any food noise, but im still able to get in the macros and calories no issue. I do have to make a mental note to eat though, otherwise ill just get busy with other stuff.

Woke up feeling a little watery than normal. I had a pretty sizable increase in weight lately, so im willing to bet that im holding more fluid than normal. Had to break in the new gym shirt with a good back workout, so the shirt knows its new owner can sling some weight. And before anyone asks, i spent a grand total of $8 on two gym shirts. I dont do the expensive active ware thing.

Single arm lat pulldown, plate loaded - 100kg each arm

Water issues are common on HGH. Try drinking more to cause a natural diuretic effect

Water issues are common on HGH. Try drinking more to cause a natural diuretic effect
Yeah i assumed so. Weirdly enough, when i get out of the shower, i look super dry and peeled. Im not sure if maybe the subq water drops in the shower or something? I dunno.

Had a bit of a chill day. I really didnt do much other than rest, eat my macros and go to the gym. I wasn't feeling fatigued or anything, my scheduel was just completely blank. Got to take these days when you can!

Training - Shoulders and Triceps

Felt strong, and got a really good pump. I often listen to music when i workout, i feel it seems me in the zone and focused. If I listen to a podcast, or an informational video, i find my head wanders off and i lose that intensity. The playlist was pretty aggressive stuff, and i was very much locked in!

DB shoulder Press - 45kg
DB lateral raise - 20kg
DB front lateral raise - 15kg, single arm
DB rear delt raise - 15kg
Cable delt raise - machine setting 23kg
Tricep extension - machine setting 77kg
Single arm tricep extension - machine setting 20kg
BB Skull crushers - 35kg

I felt like my pump was pretty dramatic. I took 1ml of l carnitine into each delt pre training. I feel like im in the minority of people who like injectable L carnitine and amino acids pre training. I think i get alot of benefit out of them.

I feel more energised, better pumps, better contractions. I think i get a minor volumizing effect and site enhancement. Oh well, we all like different things.

Fats were slighter higher today. I dont really have a structure to when i have higher fat, lower carb, higher carb ect days. I just sort of let it all happen naturally. Again, if i was dieting down, or contest prepping, i would be more strict.

@Nasser1997o2 good job on this. The growth hormone is a good stack along with the sustanon and equipoise. Definitely one of the top stacks out there and very mild, especially with the amount of anavar you're doing.

I got my pinky finger accidently kicked at bjj, and now its all swollen and sore. I thought i broke it, but i could still move it, so i might have just banged it pretty bad. Hopefully the swelling chills out by tommorrow morning session. Ill take a photo tommorrow if its still sore.

Training - BJJ

Had a really productive session. Managed to pull some submissions that i never normally go for. I have a handful of submissions i naturally default to. Im trying to snap out of that, and attempt more different ones. Also spent more time working on escaping from guard instead of trying to fight through it.

Like i mentioned before, i accidently got my pinky finger kicked. I was reaching for my opponents foot, while he stepped forward and bang. No one's fault give an accident. Hurt like a mofo though. I pretended it didnt and still pushed through all my rounds. It happened during the warmup and i couldnt bitch out before the rounds even started!

Food

Not much to mention. Hit my macros bang on. Sometimes it feels like alot of food, and other days its a piece of cake!

Nightly Update

Woke up feeling a little watery than normal. I had a pretty sizable increase in weight lately, so im willing to bet that im holding more fluid than normal. Sometimes it weirds me out, because ill have zero abs, then go to the toilet and they come back. Water retention is strange. I am on @Prymal HGH, which is the only thing i've changed in a long time. So maybe that related, who knows?

Training - Back

Had to break in the new gym shirt with a good back workout, so the shirt knows its new owner can sling some weight. And before anyone asks, i spent a grand total of $8 on two gym shirts. I dont do the expensive active ware thing.

Pendley Rows - 100kg
Single arm lat pulldown, plate loaded - 100kg each arm
Single arm cable row, machine - machine setting 90kg each arm
Cable lat pulldown - machine setting 86kg
Cable lat row - Machine setting 86kg
Straight arm cable pulldown - Machine setting 50kg

Felt good. Might as well get the new shirt covered in a sweat before it gets its first wash!

Food

Ended up going way higher on protein today. No particular reason, just was following my cravings. I haven't hit such a high protein number in years. Appetite has been fine. The reta kills any food noise, but im still able to get in the macros and calories no issue. I do have to make a mental note to eat though, otherwise ill just get busy with other stuff.

Nightly Update

I got my pinky finger accidently kicked at bjj, and now its all swollen and sore. I thought i broke it, but i could still move it, so i might have just banged it pretty bad. Hopefully the swelling chills out by tommorrow morning session. Ill take a photo tommorrow if its still sore.

Training - BJJ

Had a really productive session. Managed to pull some submissions that i never normally go for. I have a handful of submissions i naturally default to. Im trying to snap out of that, and attempt more different ones. Also spent more time working on escaping from guard instead of trying to fight through it.

Like i mentioned before, i accidently got my pinky finger kicked. I was reaching for my opponents foot, while he stepped forward and bang. No one's fault give an accident. Hurt like a mofo though. I pretended it didnt and still pushed through all my rounds. It happened during the warmup and i couldnt bitch out before the rounds even started!

Food

Not much to mention. Hit my macros bang on. Sometimes it feels like alot of food, and other days its a piece of cake!

I would deload uppper body for a week as you do lower body so you're not hurt @Nasser1997o2

I'd take 10mg IM right now if I had it LOL. I'm not a fan of the toxicity of oral Sdrol so it will be used sparingly if/when I run it (after February bloods)

Today was a gi-bjj class. Lately, i've been working on standing up from someones guard instead of trying to fight through or past it. I've always been strong enough for it to work on some people, but more often then not, it just gets me in a worse position. The method my instructor demonstated seemed way to simple to actually work, but it does. Literally just stand up, lift you leg away from their hands and move the knees out of the way. Boom, you can now focus on passing and getting position. Sometimes simple really does just work! Something to remember for all aspects of life.

For legs 2, nothing different to the last session. My pinky made RDL's a little more challenging, but not much. I'm probably starting to slow down on the massive strength increases. I can feel it starting to level out a bit, which is ok.

BB Squats - 140kg
RDL - 110kg
Leg Press - 240kg
Leg extension - Full machine
Hamstring curl - machine setting 77kg
*all exercises 3 sets of 6-10*

Food


Hit my macros bang on again, but really struggled today. The reta sometimes does make the food hard to get down, but i can always rely on the trusty bowl of cereal and/or PB and J to get those calories in!

Somehow managed to score TWO naps today. Kids fell asleep in the car and transfered to their beds after a short drive, so i snuck in a quick nap while they did. Then they went out to a friends house and i scored a second one later in the day! I haven't had this much rest since before i had kids :LOL:.

Gosh, i remember being young and single and having days they you can just recover and chill all day. I dont miss being single and i love having a beautiful family, but damn i enjoyed a day off today!

Training - Rest day

Today was a rest day. Considering I had two naps today, i dont think i couldnt have rested any more. I did some regular jobs and chores that i normally do over the weekend, but i'm a little behind the cleaning, so i'll get that done later tonight for some steps.

Cleaning counts as cardio!

Food

I ate over 300g of protein today, not even trying. Its actually pretty easy to get in a high protein diet with normal food. I always have a couple of shakes a day, but thats more out of habbit. I just always have 2 as an insurance plan. I probably could have skipped them, but modern protein shakes taste really good, so i often look forward to it!

Nightly Update

Had a bit of a chill day. I really didnt do much other than rest, eat my macros and go to the gym. I wasn't feeling fatigued or anything, my scheduel was just completely blank. Got to take these days when you can!

Training - Shoulders and Triceps

Felt strong, and got a really good pump. I often listen to music when i workout, i feel it seems me in the zone and focused. If I listen to a podcast, or an informational video, i find my head wanders off and i lose that intensity. The playlist was pretty aggressive stuff, and i was very much locked in!

DB shoulder Press - 45kg
DB lateral raise - 20kg
DB front lateral raise - 15kg, single arm
DB rear delt raise - 15kg
Cable delt raise - machine setting 23kg
Tricep extension - machine setting 77kg
Single arm tricep extension - machine setting 20kg
BB Skull crushers - 35kg

I felt like my pump was pretty dramatic. I took 1ml of l carnitine into each delt pre training. I feel like im in the minority of people who like injectable L carnitine and amino acids pre training. I think i get alot of benefit out of them.

I feel more energised, better pumps, better contractions. I think i get a minor volumizing effect and site enhancement. Oh well, we all like different things.
Food

Fats were slighter higher today. I dont really have a structure to when i have higher fat, lower carb, higher carb ect days. I just sort of let it all happen naturally. Again, if i was dieting down, or contest prepping, i would be more strict.

Overall feeling good. Have arund 5.5 weeks left of this now 20 week cycle. Im pretty confident what ill do next, so long as i stay relatively lean, i will probably go other bulking phase, before a pre-summer cutting phase.

Nightly Update

Finger was pretty swollen and sore, but managed to get through my normal workouts. Some days, you just need to put your big boy pant on, and get it done.

UFC fighters get into the cage with broken hands, i can manage a sore pinky finger!

Training - BJJ2 and Legs 2

Today was a gi-bjj class. Lately, i've been working on standing up from someones guard instead of trying to fight through or past it. I've always been strong enough for it to work on some people, but more often then not, it just gets me in a worse position. The method my instructor demonstated seemed way to simple to actually work, but it does. Literally just stand up, lift you leg away from their hands and move the knees out of the way. Boom, you can now focus on passing and getting position. Sometimes simple really does just work! Something to remember for all aspects of life.

For legs 2, nothing different to the last session. My pinky made RDL's a little more challenging, but not much. I'm probably starting to slow down on the massive strength increases. I can feel it starting to level out a bit, which is ok.

Hit my macros bang on again, but really struggled today. The reta sometimes does make the food hard to get down, but i can always rely on the trusty bowl of cereal and/or PB and J to get those calories in!

Nightly Update

Somehow managed to score TWO naps today. Kids fell asleep in the car and transfered to their beds after a short drive, so i snuck in a quick nap while they did. Then they went out to a friends house and i scored a second one later in the day! I haven't had this much rest since before i had kids :LOL:.

Gosh, i remember being young and single and having days they you can just recover and chill all day. I dont miss being single and i love having a beautiful family, but damn i enjoyed a day off today!

Training - Rest day

Today was a rest day. Considering I had two naps today, i dont think i couldnt have rested any more. I did some regular jobs and chores that i normally do over the weekend, but i'm a little behind the cleaning, so i'll get that done later tonight for some steps.

Cleaning counts as cardio!

Food

I ate over 300g of protein today, not even trying. Its actually pretty easy to get in a high protein diet with normal food. I always have a couple of shakes a day, but thats more out of habbit. I just always have 2 as an insurance plan. I probably could have skipped them, but modern protein shakes taste really good, so i often look forward to it!
