Took my money, never delivered anything

Do NOT trust these reviews. I sent my payment on 1/25/26 still haven’t gotten my order shipped, tracked or anything. I sent a revised order and they claimed it was processed and being shipped within 5 days- that was 5 days ago. Some guys get lucky but truth is you gotta deal with a bunch of bs to get your stuff and do not be unwise and go for excuses. The items are not always available even though you can order them and get charged for them but once they have your money youre gonna have to jump through hoops . I’m not saying don’t use them I’m just saying the people I know personally and have referred them here all have complaints including myself. No product in the timeframe advertised and even after, still nothing. And dont expect any kind of courtesy anything. Real spill here just giving a heads up of what to expect.

Did you reach out to their rep on here? You need to get in touch with him and have him look into this. I’m sure it’s a simple fix.
 
bro shit kinda slow lately. remember tariffs slowing shit down. even my cattle sales slowed down, shipping beef to across country taking 2 weeks vs. 4 days like before. gots to be patient, 5 days is nuttin. this aint amazon

Your first order was canceled due to low stock. After that, we offered you either a refund or store credit, and you chose the store credit option and placed a new order 5 days ago. There may be shipping delays due to the Chinese holiday, and it seems you may not be aware of that.
 
That means you automatically determined who’s telling the truth. I just want what I paid for. I still don’t have tracking. A product. A thank you. A we apologize for the delay. I just want my product. I won’t ever use them again. I don’t advise anyone else to.

If you look at your own version it even tallies. By way of example

Ergo either you'll get tracking info today, or need to allow (as they say) a day or two for the Chinese Holiday (I've no idea what you ordered). Sounds good to me. Vs, see your title: took-my-money-never-delivered-anything.

Whatever man. My initial order back in January. Advertised items that aren’t available is absolutely misleading. So the order was cancelled. Haven’t even made good on the new order. You don’t speak for the people maybe they pay you to mediate.

An issue which comes up a LOT is many misunderstand that NapsGear DO NOT HOLD the stock. They are resellers and or drop shippers. Same as how Amazon often use a 3rd party. DHL Logistics too (they keep already packed product in their warehouses). Ergo they, like you, rely on data being kept up to date. So YOU order brand X (say) from Naps. Meanwhile Brand X is having a sale on their own site. Someone just like you buys a shit load just as you click buy on Naps. By the time the order goes through (aka 'lag') Brand X has sold out of what you wanted. One issue is some companies do NOT update 'live' (as they should) but every 12-24 hours. Ever ordered where it says something like '10 available'. Ever seen that change why you watch?

Naps have better systems in place, hence them being THE No1 reseller of 40+ brands, than most of the brands themselves.

It happens to ALL businesses. QED Toilet Rolls during Covid. The irony was shops had f'all but the bog roll companies had TONS of stock.

At best you're one day (and it still might be sorted today so hours) behind.

I'm NOT a believer in the customer is always right. I'd be a bad mediator lol
 
I’ll see if I hear something today. Honestly, I’m over it. 4weeks to get a $350 order together is too long. I work for my money. It’s not collecting interest. I hope no one else has to go through this same process

Bro, you're not understanding the process, you're considering the timeline from the previous order and not the recent order.

I've told you multiple times that your previous order was cancelled and we gave you the option of store credit or a refund. You chose the store credit option and placed a new order.

Your new order is already in process, it has been sent to the warehouse and is currently in pre-shipment.

If you're still considering the timeline from the previous order date, then we can't help that.

As part of the nature of the business, sometimes stock shortages happen at the supplier’s end and that is beyond our control.

Now today I checked and it says tracking unavailable. I’ve been patient but not it’s going on a month. What is going on.
 
lol this is the naps game many of us play. The process is either perfect or riddled with hassle. In this case, youll get your stuff after a big run around and many frustrations. Whether or not that experience is worth it to you is your call.
Personally, I’ve moved on and only use naps for small unique orders. Aka blood pressure support and ancillary items.

Brother, in a big industry like this, there’s always gonna be a small percentage of people who run into issues at some point. That’s just how it is, no business or process can be perfect 100% of the time with zero hiccups.

Even if 99.5% of orders go smooth, there’s always that small % where things don’t go as planned. The important part is that we take responsibility and work on fixing those issues.

The member who posted even said, “I’ve always ordered from Naps Gear and never had a problem, but now I’m facing one.” That just shows that sometimes issues can happen to anyone, even long-time customers.

And yeah, hopefully the new source you switched to keeps delivering everything smoothly - but realistically, every source will have some issues at some point. It’s normal. What matters is how they handle it.

Glad to hear you’re still using Naps for smaller orders - that means there’s still some trust there.

I honestly don’t understand how someone can post this type of claims, yet never share an order ID or ticket number and instead just keep posting negatively about a source that’s been in this industry for 25 years.

Real customers may get frustrated sometimes for the delays / issues, and that’s understandable, but they also usually try to resolve things properly by sharing their order details first.

This is wild bro. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten anything fake. Of course some labs may have stronger stuff then others but fake? Damn that’s messing with peoples life. I don’t know about this one. I had an issue with them for a long wait but that’s about it. Everything has been good.
