Slept 6.5hrs, but got another 1hr in the office once I was at work hahah, was broken but still counts

Chest day today


Bench press
Warm up on 60kg, 12 reps
Set 1, 80kg, 10 reps
Set 2 - 4, 100kg, 10 reps, trying to focus on the squeeze then the weight,
Set 5, 110kg, 6 reps

Weighted Dips
Set 1 - 4, 12 reps, 15 kgs

Peck Dec
Set 1 - 4, 62kg, 15 reps, nice squeeze at the center

Low Cable flys
Set 1 - 4, 7 level, 15 reps

High Cable flys
Set 1 - 4, 7 level, 15 reps

Vibes... at work and feeling good, pumped from the Golds blood in me and the Peptides working their magic, and with the cycle support helping out the insides!!! Definitely feeling good, had a good sesh tonight, felt strong and pumped, cant wait for a nice sleep and do it all again tomorrow, since and repeat, essssgo

What makes your bench even more impressive is the straight sets of 3x10 and being able to focus on contraction not just chucking it up.

If you have a chest day does that mean you're doing a a full body part split?

Looking wide AF in that photo hey! Arms looking massive as well.

Cheers man, I do love a good bench, but feel i need to focus on the squeeze rather then the weight hench only staying at around 100kg this workout,

But yeah normally I do a muscle group a day, otherwise depending on the week ahead of me, I might do back n biceps or chest and triceps ey

I don't mind splitting things up more hey. I'm actually surprised I don't see more body part splits in the logs.
