Approved Log TRT and blast Training Nutrition Log

I like the core training and I like the squats as well. @BertaBoy you get a lot out of a workout like this and I like how you keep things fun.
I work on my core pretty heavy, especially the lower back extentions cause I have constant inflammation there and my stomach is the part of myself im most self conscious about.

I have 4 kids so my 2 hours in the morning working out is like the calmest part of my day 😆
 
Bros, you are killing it on this workout. If you notice something hard on the hips, then lay off of it; you don't want hip problems later on. @BertaBoy
Definitely gonna try oblique variations or try oblique at the beginning instead of the end

@BertaBoy steak and eggs sound really good. More like that for sure. Keep the food natural and strong.
I cut that out for a while, cause I was trying to keep fats way down. After further reading ive learned that I should maintain some level of healthy fats. Although im not sure what that level is yet, im gonna probably try half a steak (3oz or so), 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites.

Just got stubborn belly fat and im trying to nuke it without nuking my energy which happend this week
 
Today's was back, legs and abs

Squats. 4 sets, 20 reps, 150lbs

Leg extentions. 4 sets, 15 reps, 100lbs

Standing hip extention. 4 sets, 20 reps, 40/side

Standing lower back extentions. 4 sets, 20 reps, 80lbs

Seated ab crunch. 4 sets, 20 reps, 80lbs

Standing oblique crunch. 4 sets, 20 reps, 30/side

1 hour treadmill. No incline today my shin muscles are pretty sore from the daily cardio.

I find the oblique crunches hard on my hips which is why the weight is so low. Im gonna try different variations of it next week.

My energy levels are getting low in the afternoons, thinking of trying to keep my calories between 1800 and 2000 each day, ive been trying to keep them below 1500 but that might be too aggressive.

I might increase my (healthy) fat intake to keep it below 70g but above 40g ket diets seem to run between 120g to 160g of fat for what I can see.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated, just wanna dial in and get this gut gone. Gonna be tough cause all the males on my dad's side have the same gut, and id like to avoid glp stuff. Not opposed to hgh frag, but if I can do it normally id be pretty proud of myself
The iron grind looks fantastic. You're pushing things along really nicely. I like the seated ab crunch. Those look really fun. @BertaBoy

On my treadmill right now, leveled, 38 minutes in and going for 1.5 hours

Really liking the mirror look after my sets were done but Im vibrating after that workout 💪 💪

Looks like order 1 from Biogenix is arriving Monday.

Side note I have a sack of 50ct winstrol and wondering if Its a good idea to use it at least on workout days so it doesnt go to waste. It expires in october

20 reps is nice! And then the plan is to add weight to all lifts, but keep sets and reps the same?

Yea so im just gonna add like 5lbs every time if I can handle it. 30-45 seconds so I dont lose my pump and keep the blood in that muscle 💪

Im a little worries with today's diets bro. I been pretty full from my meals but the numbers check out

Four kids is quite a lot. How old are they?
 
Gonna try 16:8 fasting since its pretty close to my schedule anyway. First meal at 9am, second meal at 1230-1pm, final meal at 430-445pm. Then nothing until 9 am the next day.

I dont eat from 6pm till about 8 or 9 am after im done my work out. I dont know much about fasting but im going to look this up. Thanks bro
you could do a 2-4 hour eating window

From my understanding reta is gonna suppress my appetite/make me eat less.
Im struggling a bit to get all the food I need in for the day sometimes.

Im wondering if insulin resistance is a factor at play, this fasting cycle should improve that. If in a few months I dont see anyway progress at all then ill just on the reta train

believe it or not that's how our ancestors did it. You think they'd kill an animal and just put the rest in the refrigerator for later? They had to eat it right then and there.

Fair. Im not a caveman though. Just doing 16:8 was a struggle yesterday. More just habits and craving cause of boredom eating, no reason to not build up to pushing it down to 20:4 but im gonna progress towards that

Im gonna run the 16:8 for a few days. I was a big boredom eater/midnight snacker. Last night was honestly pretty tough for me. Gonna step down every couple of days so i dont crash and fail. Even this morning im hungry as hell and have another 2 hours until I can eat.

16 hour fast will change your life :D do it for 2 weeks and your body will adapt @BertaBoy

It does take some getting used to, and its especially hard if you are physically active. if you are keto its less of a problem. Sometimes black coffee with material oil fixes the issue, technically it breaks a fast , but not really if its a small amount

What's your bloodwork on 0.85? (Test, free testosterone, Bioavailable, estrogen)
 
My e2 and total T have been pretty stable, I stopped taking arimidex so ill see what my bloodwork says before I titrate up. But 85mg is well below whats usually prescribed from other guys on trt I know
Different doses do different things to different people, shouldn't need arimidex at that amount though.

Waiting for bloodwork is the best plan

Some guys get 500 on 100mg per week, others 1200 on 100mg

Ya the clinic had me on weekly arimidex but it fucked up my libido and joints, cleared up my nipple sensitivity with tamoxifen and stopped taking the arimidex

Got blood work yesterday. Got a week left on my trt. Should be starting the new gear at the beginning of the month, ill run blood work again in 3 months. Very nice labels bro

I believe i got mine at a regular pharmacy, but this was last year sometime, I just had some in the fridge that I used with my last hcg order

Biogenix has it, but theres a minimum order amount on thier site i just need 1 vial

Today's rest Day, the control board on my treadmill burned out after about an hour so im gonna have to replace that. Ill be riding my bike for 1.5 hours in the morning going forward until I find parts or get another treadmill for a good deal. I was supposed to be picking up an elliptical but they went quiet.

Also would like to note I got my pill cutter today and @biogenix cialis cuts beautifully well so started on 4mg of daily cialis today.

I mentioned in a previous post I have a bag of winstrol, Im wondering if its worth taking or not? @LevButlerov @HarleyGuy @BritishCanadian

Picking up my bac water before work tomorrow, apparently the only place in central alberta area that has it, im probably gonna buy a case of it if its good because of the shortage

Also update, im down to 170.2 lbs as of today which is great. My gut is no where near what it was when I started here in this forum, the 16hour fasting is great now, the first couple of days was hard but I think im just gonna stay the course as im feeling pretty good overall!
