Used to compete back in the day, used test, 19nors, and some orals.

That was about 5-8 years back now, been going through trying to get levels back through docs and TRT and a little more health focused due to work (firefighter) but still take training and my body seriously.

Goals are based around getting body into happy place, but also looking at getting back to feeling normal with regards to energy, drive, libido and such.

Last few years have been doing TRT through doctor, although he has been happy with levels around 2 months ago of
- 9.2nmol/L test
- 208pmol/L free test
- 40 pmol/L E2
- 25 SHBG
- 248 Prolactin
- 4.7 DHEA
- 5.65 DHT
- 0.49 Hemocrit

whilst on 2ml of androforte per day to the balls.

About 1-2 months ago started to self dose as my energy, drive and libido were still cactus at his levels, so I started to do 200 mg of test p per week, pinning daily now after recommendations.

My last tests were whilst doing 200mg (have dropped back to 180 now) which resulted in
- 50.3nmol/L test
-1650nmol/L free test
- 223pmol/L E2



Have been doing arimidex for past two weeks since and will be looking to get new tests done in 2 weeks time, getting all my results as recommended for

Roughly get 7-8-5 hours sleep most nights except work nights, we work 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off. The 2 nights of work can sometimes be sleeping right through the night but mostly about 4-6 hours those nights and try make it up with a nap during the days.

@Miketraining56 nice job getting this log off the ground. I don't see why you won't have really good results. You've got a tough job working as a firefighter but making it work is crucial.

Weights are pushing, increased 50-60% of workings sets either through reps or weight increases.
Cardio 3 sessions done averaging 45-50 minutes per sessions, mostly runnings, but also through stationary bike due to high impact loads

Overall feel
Overall feeling like I am good, have my days up and down with energy/drive which im trying to track and evaluate overall effect of training load/sleep to that specfic feeling. Feel my levels are starting to even out which is good and the arimidex is helping a touch as my libido is up fractionally which I am pleased with, although could be early placebo.

Weights are pushing, increased 50-60% of workings sets either through reps or weight increases.
Cardio 3 sessions done averaging 45-50 minutes per sessions, mostly runnings, but also through stationary bike due to high impact loads

Overall feel
Overall feeling like I am good, have my days up and down with energy/drive which im trying to track and evaluate overall effect of training load/sleep to that specfic feeling. Feel my levels are starting to even out which is good and the arimidex is helping a touch as my libido is up fractionally which I am pleased with, although could be early placebo.
