I’m keeping it simple, just 400mg test for 12 weeks. I know it’s not a lot compared to what a lot of guys are doing but in the past I’ve been more that satisfied with that dosage and I haven’t felt the need to add any orals yet.

Honestly bro 400 migs is plenty for most and an oral or other compounds isn't often needed if you're getting good results from Test. Keep us posted and better yet fire up a log for us.

I’ll definitely look into setting up a log, I’m pretty new to this site so I’ll have to see how to do that.

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

That’s great I appreciate the help on that 😁. I’ll be super happy if my order ships out today as it said Monday and Wednesday are the usual shipping days but I don’t have my hopes up because I haven’t received any sort of confirmation yet which is longer than the stated 24 business hours after the payment has been received. I reached out yesterday but I haven’t heard back yet. I’ll post if it does ship out today.

I'm loving it so far, love learning about all this stuff too. Running only 25mg so far. Thanks, I might do that in the future just kinda doing a test cycle to see if this is something i wanna continue

Not completely I have an idea but also looking/open to advice/suggestions. I was planning a beginner/short cycle on the higher end of therapeutic dosage but lower end of bodybuilding just to see how my body reacts to T alone. I mostly wanted to experience for libido and mood but since my original plan I've started lifting again and thinking about doing a proper cycle for muscle growth also to get all the benefits.

Had some gear land not jumping right into a cycle but any suggestions/recommendations/tips whatever it may be about a first cycle. Dosage, length etc. I was originally thinking on doing my first cycle on the higher end of therapeutic doses and to see how much body reacts like 250mg test E weekly for 10 weeks just a single vial to see how my body reacts and if I really get any energy/mood benefits from it. Obviously I've started working again since my original plan and thinking on maybe going a proper muscle building cycle like 400-500mg weekly for 12 weeks. I'm not trying to become the hulk or compete or anything just looking to experiment with mood/energy and if I'm going to be doing that I might as well take advantages of all the effects of the test because I know I can do the diet and put in the work no problem if I have a reason too and a goal in mind. I don't plan to have kids so I'm not worried about any of that stuff and a big part of me like logically if I'm doing the same work as the next guy and he's getting 2-3x results like sure I can say I did it naturally but like fuck if i know I can do it naturally myself it doesn't really make a difference if I use something to get to my goal quicker in my mind at least? Like it's not like I've never done the work before.

Being off for a while lifting again I'm gonna see some quick strength gains and get some muscle back from muscle memory what is everyone's opinion on dialing in the diet say back to around 3000-3200 calories, same breakfast but maybe like reduce lunch and dinner by half a cup of rice each and switch out the beef for chicken? Something like that. Then jump on 400-500mg test E weekly for 12 weeks say, first cycle but wouldn't be apposed to adding some anavar at the end been reading positive stuff about it maybe not firs the first cycle though? Opinions? Could be a wicked recomp?

I can do the work but I want something that will give me more energy, better mood and more drive. I guess I have taken PEDs before "Ephedrine" is considered a PED and I used to take that for pre-workout and now it's banned in Canada just a year or two ago you could buy it over counter. So part of me also feels on cycle I would have similar drive on test from reading but I actually have no experience with it personally. So even though I can do the work I do have that energy I'm used too I think from the ephedrine. Has anyone used ephedrine? Would you compare the energy and being able to contiously pump out reps similar to being on test? If you used epehdrine in the past and don't anymore does anyone know of similar supplements?

Anyone have opinions on first cycles?

Just 400mg for 12 weeks, I have a second vial from a different ugl I’ve used in the past but I stopped ordering from them due to poor customer service. I’ll use the vial from syn first though.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

New to Evo coming over from SST, was wondering if any of you guys have any experience with or heard of proctor labs, been using syn from privatesourcecanada for a long time now and was hoping to get some tren e but their all out and the rep said 5-6 weeks till they restock, they recently just added gear from a new lab (Proctor Labs) for a couple things but never heard of them and can’t find anything anywhere except a single post on canadianbrawn from a couple years ago. Just a little sussed out since they have mast and tren e when these guys r out so wanted to see what’s up

We wouldn't stock Proctor if we weren't certain of their quality. We have a strong relationship with the operators.

If anyone feels uncertain about Proctor about their product quality, we would happily refund any Proctor item which is tested and comes back under a reasonable dose of the label claim.

Lastly, there was only a limited amount of the Oxandrolone and Masteron Prop available, as such, we anticipate both those items likely being out of stock within a month or so. More so the Oxandrolone, as 1/4 of the inventory is already gone.

Hi all,

There is a particular client that has been emailing me for a few days now asking for their tracking number. Today I received an email from the client thinking that he's being scammed.

The issue? The individual's inbox is full, so he's not even able to receive emails. Any email that I send bounces immediately, with the error code "user is over quota." His tracking information was sent to him 4 days ago.

Canada Post should update the tracking once the support ticket has been closed and it's determined officially as lost. Then we can email SYN with your order # and tracking # with picture and you can inquire about where to go from here.

Canada posts states it was delivered 3 days ago but my mailbox and package room are both empty. I’ve followed up with my building who have checked everything and today I will file a claim and call cananda post.

Yes @Sul.Lifts it's possible someone stole it if it's a common area that packages are left in. If you have your own apartment box that is locked and it's marked as delivered then you will have a case you can file with Canada Post to have it deemed officially "lost" via a service ticket. Once you get that service ticket you'll have a "lost mail" claim # that you can give SYN and we can see about getting you made whole. You can also ask SYN to request a signature for your package next time so that it's not given to anyone but you; some people don't like doing that but I never cared and used to do it myself.

Been using the tren ace daily at 10mgs per day for over a week now, NO PIP, smooth oils and strength and composition is in full motion. the Cialis/tadalafil is good im using 10mgs per day as I have bad blood circulation in my hands and feet. Since starting the Cialis my hands are no longer cold and slightly purple around the knuckles. idk how long the duration the cialis lasts? but i can assure since using it daily i feel very good.
