Big D!!! Brother, it felt good. I am actually feeling muscles that were being neglected because of compensation from that shoulder.
I am really happy, slowly working into heavier weight and testing the waters!! Thank you for always checking in, it keeps me motivated!!

I love to hear this! If you can do this a few times a day it really starts helping. Also like I had said to Catdadironman jello is our friend its boiled down tendons and cartilage. I do a double pack of sugar free mixed with one batch of water so its thick A/F. I like using silicon ice cube treys, (scotch block one's). Additional 5 gram of creatine as well as multicollagen 1-10. Keeps everything lubed well in the joints! And its a great sweet tooth snack with out a ton of sugars!

I have been mixing Raspberry sugar free in with my cottage cheese - kind of a quasi desert!

I am glad I am not the only one who feels guilty about it when I slip into a spot I have to eat crap. Then Mr.Ash walks it off me.
I have gotten to the point where I have a go bag with package tuna/chicken couple brotine bars, granola. Shaker with packed protein powder baggies. I put the creatine in with the protein so there is no odd questions. 😉

I have not seen marrow for sale anywhere here. Even at the small butcher shops. I bet it is a great thing to have in a diet. Much like when there was no stores humans wasted nothing!

I got in there and started warming up on cardio, and pulled something, it just fucking tweeked up high in the front, near my hip so i did an agonizingly slow hour on the treadmill then slammed some core and called it good.
Moved legs to tomorrow,
Icing today and stretching

Tomorrow will be:
Presses
V-rack squats
Extensions/heel elevated body weight squats super sets.
Abductors/adductors super sets
DB RDLs
Standing leg curls.

It tweeked enough to where I thought it better not to add stress to it with all of that.
And honestly, my legs are still way sore from the last leg day 😂😂😂

I definitely made up for it this morning. SMASHED QUADS!! I did the Wibble wobble shimmy all the way to the car.
It was still tweeky, But I smashed the tweek!!
 
The waddle walk is so funny to me, I laugh at myself every time. Drunken Ape! 🤣🤣🤣. The Bulgarian splits should help out that hip flexor pain. No weight and hold the stretched position 🤙 then laying flat knee up, flatten out the knee inside and out side stretching. Yoga yo!
 
The waddle walk is so funny to me, I laugh at myself every time. Drunken Ape! 🤣🤣🤣. The Bulgarian splits should help out that hip flexor pain. No weight and hold the stretched position 🤙 then laying flat knee up, flatten out the knee inside and out side stretching. Yoga yo!
I used the ankle pad on the laying hamstring curl machine to put my rear foot on, It was the perfect height for Bulgarians. I got a deep stretch!!
Before i touched a weight I did Spanish squats with a band on the squat rack and around the very tops of my calves. It really activated those old old hip flexors. Getting old hurts!!!
I look at the class calendar in the gym this morning. Yoga Tuesday 0730 and Friday 1030 hours. I am going to do it. This will be quite the sight.
