I have really bad acne, obviously from sweating and also my cycle. I have tried every over the counter facial wash and scrub I can find. What have you guys done to limit this?

Bro I've had good results from nizoral shampoo. You gotta leave it on for a about 5 mins. Then I use straight tea tree oil. Once that's dry zinc oxide powder. That's worked good for me. Good luck bro!
