SO.. I am finally back in the gym after a long debilitating set of injuries that were not related to the gym whatsoever. Partially separated & Sprain/ Strain of AC Joint as well as dislocation of the patella. Both are back to normal and good to go thank god.
Anyway my point was this is now my 3rd week back in the gym after 18 weeks rest 15 of which were complete rest. I know I will be experiencing a lot of results I am a strength and conditioning coach and a trainer I only recently started looking into this so I have a few clarity issues.
I have bought S4, MK-2866, and Clen, I have also purchased aromasin as well as clomid.
I want to run this like this let me know what you think
6-8 weeks
S4 25mg in the AM / 25mg PM
MK-2866 25mg in the AM
Clen (normal dosing pattern increasing every 3rd day for 2 weeks)
Aromasin every 3rd day @ 12.5mg
Info: This pattern will be followed with s4& MK s4 will be run 5-6 days a week as I have taken s4 for about a week and have noticed no side effects at 50mg and I have read that after 2 weeks it is safe to say weather or not you will get vision effects. I do not really plan to go up in S4 unless you guys think its necessary.
Body Stats after 3 months being sedentary
Height/ Weight: 6'3" , 215lb @ 10%BF (tested via hydrostatic & 3 other methods)
Also Questions I am considering taking GW-501516 as well I was wondering I am not looking to BLOW UP in weight as I am an athlete and I need to remain athletic. I am looking to continue to gain muscle, I am certified and educated in nutrition and my diet is very good hence why my stats are still where they are after 3 months of literally not being able to exercise at all.
Let me know your thoughts!
