SARMS and things to avoid (clarification)

Hello again everyone,

SO.. I am finally back in the gym after a long debilitating set of injuries that were not related to the gym whatsoever. Partially separated & Sprain/ Strain of AC Joint as well as dislocation of the patella. Both are back to normal and good to go thank god.

Anyway my point was this is now my 3rd week back in the gym after 18 weeks rest 15 of which were complete rest. I know I will be experiencing a lot of results I am a strength and conditioning coach and a trainer I only recently started looking into this so I have a few clarity issues.

I have bought S4, MK-2866, and Clen, I have also purchased aromasin as well as clomid.

I want to run this like this let me know what you think
6-8 weeks
S4 25mg in the AM / 25mg PM
MK-2866 25mg in the AM
Clen (normal dosing pattern increasing every 3rd day for 2 weeks)
Aromasin every 3rd day @ 12.5mg
Info: This pattern will be followed with s4& MK s4 will be run 5-6 days a week as I have taken s4 for about a week and have noticed no side effects at 50mg and I have read that after 2 weeks it is safe to say weather or not you will get vision effects. I do not really plan to go up in S4 unless you guys think its necessary.


Body Stats after 3 months being sedentary
Height/ Weight: 6'3" , 215lb @ 10%BF (tested via hydrostatic & 3 other methods)


Also Questions I am considering taking GW-501516 as well I was wondering I am not looking to BLOW UP in weight as I am an athlete and I need to remain athletic. I am looking to continue to gain muscle, I am certified and educated in nutrition and my diet is very good hence why my stats are still where they are after 3 months of literally not being able to exercise at all.

Let me know your thoughts!

add cardarine (gw) 20mgs ed and n2guard for liver support...keep Clenbuterol dosages at around 40mcg...

i would strongly advise against clen usage bro... it can cause long and short term damage to your heart... its not anything i would ever advise to use... your far better off dropping it and adding gw to the stack... your fine to keep s4 at 50 mg if that's where your comfortable at... i have written a protocol on the safest way to increase dosage on it but you can absolutely stay at 50... you also should be running them 12 weeks... here's a very strong recomp type stack...

1-12 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m. www.sarms1.com

Drop the Clen and go with GW. Much better for you than the sides from Clen, and GW does amazing things for fat loss and endurance
 
Clen is too damn harsh, Sarms1 GW treats me well. Great results with no negative sides, only positive ones.

Thanks everyone for the responses I will be looking into GW further for a replacement to clen. I have never actually been happy with clen it gives me anxiety and also cramps, The advice is much appreciated I am wondering what you guys think is realistic running a basic recomp stack like this. I am about 205-206 true body weight I have actually dropped weight apparently without realizing it lol.. but I am still roughly around 10% bf what should I be looking to realistically see? 2-4lb? or should I count on seeing less or more then that?

I usually tend to see results quickly as my body is a meso/endo but predominantly meso do you think this will have any impact on results? I am optimistically hoping to get 3-5lb change as I am coming off an injury and haven't lifted for 3 months I feel as though my results will boost drastically because of this.

thanks again everyone for the advice I do appreciate you guys looking out clen has always been low on my list as far as total satisfaction I will change it up absolutely.
