DAY 3

Man oh man. I've been on this cycle for only a week today! 20mg a day of beast and only 3 shots each of Test Cyp and the EQ, but holy freakin crap can I SEE a difference. all my veins are back, and I've already bumped up to 219 from 210-212! I look much leaner too!!!Strength is slowly comin back as well!!! I had some PR's the other day while doing shoulders!!! Pretty stoked about that. I'm really feelin good. Starting to get the gnarly beast pumps that last all day long!

Well so far so good on everything! I'm looking forward to the next stick....just not the sticking of the quad...that did not feel good. I will not pin my delts no thanks. Any other suggestions!~!!

Well my first quad shot hurt but not bad, and I bruised up pretty bad on one of the shots.

Anyways...It's all good and I aint worried.
No thanks on chest!

Off to do some cardio. I decided to sleep in yesterday so I didn't get it done. Back to the plan of kicken ass!

I hate quad shots, im always hitting nervs or something. I always rotate between delts and glutes, i have the wife do the glutes unless were fighting..lol

Rest day was soooooooo boring. Plus I am all done at the school so I got no where to work out for the next three weeks! Today I gotta fix that. Going to a couple of gyms to maybe get a membership...

Today I'll be pinning again. Quads, we'll see how these go.

So I just got back from the new gym. I cant go to the school and workout for like two and a half weeks cause of break, and I won't go more than 2 days without a workout or I go crazy. Today was the 2nd set of shots for week 2 so four all together. I do beleive everything is starting to show it's presense. I say this cause of reactions from other gym dudes. There were some pretty big dudes there, nothing like FUTURE, but like big semi untoned dudes lifting stuff with their fanny packs and mohawks and gloves. So it was shoulders,traps, and abs day. I got through the shoulder presses and my first heavy set of barbell shrugs, and decided to take the shirt off and just workout in the Tank top. I can't due this at the college due to the university's dress code. I was pretty surprised to see how VEINY i was! THank you EQ!!! F'ing striated too! as soon as I did another set of shrugs at 275 for 10 and my shoulder veins were as thick as my biceps I was the new alpha male hahaha I sound like such a duche but that's exactly how it was! I was like holy shit brando, you're only two weeks in!!! hahahaha I'm lovin this shit!!!

Yep! I felt bad leaving....I've got insane amounts of endurance! I repped out a set of 20 on the pullups to finish everything off. Super wide grip, and when I let go of the bar I was immediately ready to go again. It honestly takes like 15 seconds to fully recover. It's pretty nuts shay!~

I still have plenty of energy, like a crap load but my legs I know are toast.
Well now to consume some cinnabun protein and 4caps gear:)
 
Like the sounds of that workout, way to nail it! Its an amazing feeling after your done a workout and you feel like a million bucks and could do more aint it!

Anybody know why I've got ab veins all over the place basically a fully ripped 6 pack, but got a lot of fat still on my back!? I want to have a shredded back! I work my ass of on it and it just won't go away it's really frustrating...

Been almost 2 weeks since I've started the cycle. Time does fly by! Well I'm off to the gym to destroy some weights!!! Going to start to blend back in some lighter weight higher rep workouts. I've been toying around with the Idea of maybe training for a fight. Maybe the Fighters on here can lend me a hand:)

Ya...I'll admit I would be a little more open to catchin somebody with a slick one two Alexander Emelianenko style:) hahaha But I know the test and EQ haven't kicked in really yet. It's still just the beast! I'm feelin really good though! I started at 211 this go around and this morning I weighed in at 216.5. So a nice little gain! I'm lookin leaner too. I'm sure the water weight is going to come on soon, but stoked that I still have 10 more weeks to go!!! So maybe by the summer I can have a fight under my belt and be in good enough condition to make some damage on the Beach Volleyball circut again!

Sweet, so roughly how long does it take until you 'feel' the beast? Less than a week? Making some solid gains bro, I take it you have new goals now because you are going to destroy your old ones I can guarentee you that. 220 @ 5% is a joke for your current cycle. I'm guessing you will be that lean but much heavier, keep it up bro!

Was sweatin like a mofo and it was awesome!!

I don't get it. I just don't get how some of you guys that weigh less then me or just a little more, squat sooooooo much more then me! Like andrew, you squat like 405 like 30+ times?!?~?~?!??!?!?! What the FU dude!? I am having a ruff go of 275 at 2 times...Is my form just shitty as hell? I know my knees suck. Can it really have that much of a effect?
 
Sounds like things are going great.

I know how you feel on the squats. I can leg press a ton, but squats arent so hot. I know my form isnt great. I think I need to focus more on them and power lifts and I think my squats will improve.

Who cares how much you can lift bro, I've always had super strong legs and most I've done yrs ago was 500 lbs for 8 but I know I couldn't hold a candle to that now and don't give a shit! I don't go much over 300 anymore and concentrate on strict form and higher reps. A lot safer AND easier on joints! Plus my legs are big enough for me at 25''

screw it , im doing like 95-115lbs right now, lol. heavy squats kill my back man, I like to not go into shock form the lower back pumps, lol they can get very dibilitating, lol

I've been for the last three days very much back on track with my eating.
The sides from the beast were getting to much so I dropped it. But thats ok cause I'm only one day short of the 3 week mark where I was going to drop it anyway! Plus I'm running epi at the end of this thing so I'm not worried at all.
Plus I'm switching my training up. I'm doing way too much strength only based training. I'm a athelete and I need to get back to that type of Training.
My new Regemin will include
Agility
Reaction
Speed
Strength
Balance
Each days' training will include these things. I've got to come up with the workouts and list what each of them will include. This is going to be very time consuming to say the least but it needs to get done.

I've noticed that I am more of a slug now and like being the athlete type too! Each to there own, not critizing pure bodybuilders guys!

The Only negative I had was Blood Pressure raising too high. Made me very lethargic and tough to do cardio, not to mention it was freakin tough to get to sleep. But that's it.

I hear ya bro, been about a week since I checked my pressure. Was gonna do that today but got busy so will see tomar :innocent: either way I got 12 more days! I hear ya on the sides though, my pump in my arms today from doing chest was ALMOST too much and had to stop... of course I didn't!

Hey Bro, I'm hovering right around 219. Strength is way up. If my shoulder wasn't so damn jacked I'd be money right now! Eh well. I still threw up 275 yesterday on bench for 4 reps. Which honestly when I think about it is really good. Cause My shoulder really is mush right now.
 
Go easy on that shoulder, have you gotten an MRI yet? I hurt mine 6-7 yrs ago (joint rolled and crushed my "lip" of cartilage. The Surgeon described it like the joint being a pie with a basket ball on it and it rolled out and crushed the crust. It still hurts all the time if I'm not careful. I swiched my chest/shoulder workouts to once a month and lighter for yrs. Only recently I've started doing it once a weeks again with my higher rep/slow and good form program without it bothering me.

No, not yet. But I've stopped doing bench and now just swim and do band work.

I agree, I fucked my shoulder a year or so ago and led me to hanging up the weights for some while. Knock on wood, no issues at all anymore!

I hurt my shoulder during my first cycle. Think I jumped up in weight too much. I think I managed to increase incline bench to 275 for good reps of 10. Kinda tweaked it and kept training while it was hurt. Didn't do any major damage, but think I might notice it's a tad weaker now! So dont hit it too hard!

Well I was released from the hospital about 30 min ago. For the last three days I haven't been able to sleep due to my heart beating so hard it would keep me up. On the 31st it was really bad and my arms were startin to go numb and my face. I went very reluctantly to the ER. I was in a lot of pain and was was quite worried. I had two ekg's and a cot scan. all of it came back negative. my doctor said I pretty much had a life threatening anxiety attack. It affected my diabetes and everything. So after feeling like I was truthfully going to die, i basically said if I live through this I'm going to drop the eQ. I'm just going to run the rest of the cycle as normal. I don't think i should have any problems wit that. plus I have some ep to trun. If anybody has some ideas or suggestioons let me know.

I hear ya though, it can become addictive to want to look better. I always judge myself in the mirror in a negative way but if I saw someone with the same physique as me I'd prolly say holy that dude is on something! LOL

I don't I have any suggestions for you bud although I'd love to help. What are you plans now... cont to run the test? How do you know it was the EQ alone? Take care bro and either way keep killing that shit, haven't seen a pic lately but even before you started UD2 you looked amazing so I can only imagine right now!
