How i messed my body up

Whats up guys. I am in my mid 30's. Just getting back in the game after a 10 year layoff. I see all these young guys not listening to the vets on here about PCT. It's a big mistake guys. I started using juice when i was 18 and stayed on for 5 years straight and 3 years on and off after that. What made me quit working out was a bike wreck. I recovered from that but i never could get the drive to go back to the gym. The only way i could get through the week was pain pills. I had to drink 3 red bulls a day at work.I had no idea i had the test level of a 12 year old girl. lol. (true i guess that's why it's funny in a weird way) When i started using aas we never heard of pct, the only thing we knew to do is eat nolvadex if our nipples started hurting. I had guys tell me stuff about laying off but i didn't care i wanted to get swole and i was willing to do whatever it took. ..... I look back and think of what a idiot i was and NOW I HAVE TO BE ON TRT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I am very lucky my liver is in good shape. I always took milk thistle when i was juicing. ...If you younger brothers listen to these vets at evo they will show you how to do shit the way you should if you care about your body. Isn't that the real reason we are in this. ..Who knows what my body is going to be like when i am 60yrs. old. ... I think i am lucky because my favorite gear was deca and e.q. and the only time i did orals in my life was some anadrol (syntec 50) that was only 1 time with oregon deca Anyway i hope this helps you young guys think twice about staying on gear year round.

Thanks for your input and anyone with a brain these days with tell you PCT is everything ! By the way I believe Deca is the hardest AAS to recover from

I kinda like blasting and cruising actually....always feel on top of the clouds.

BTW, same story for me Tim, but I thought I had some kind of bad disease from the fatigue, and it just came on all at once during a stressful time in my life. TRT has made all the difference in the world.

I unbolded what you wrote cause its hard to read

but yeah you are right. that's why I tell guys to not stay on gear unless 1. they make a living at this shit 2. they have been juicing atleast 5 years 3. they are at an 'older' age. if you do not fit those 3 things then don't do it. cycle on and off and run pct.

very hard to recover if you stay on for a long time straight, I haven't read a single success story of anyone that has actually done it successfully

Great thread, guys should take to this story and do the right thing. We're only given 1 body, take care of it!

You only DIE once!

Good post Tim. I hope guys take this serious. Wouldn't it be amazing if we could turn the time back but still hold the wisdom we have today. . . . I use to laugh at my father and grandfather when they would say these things. But, they are so true.

Great post man and I hope every thing turns out great for you in the future. How many people still cycle wrong amazes me. Their really is no excuse to do it the right way with the plethora of knowledge out on the subject. I think about everything in the long run and when i decided to cycle I learned everything I could on the subject. It's very unfortunate that everyone does not do this.

IMO, trt is not that bad. Being on it for life really is not a big deal. If you need it, you need it. Just stay on top of things such as blood work, hematocrit, etc. I am on trt and pretty much had a choice to be on or not. I chose trt (it is a long story, but needed to go on adrenal replacement for a bit and it tanked my endogenous t). So far, I have not regret the decision to start trt one bit. I know what to expect going forward and I'm fully willing to deal with the consequences if they are to arise. I think it is absolutely imperative to be seeing a great trt specialist, even if you only go to him/her once per year. You need somebody who can see things about your labs that you may not. The doc needs to have major knowledge of the endocrine system because all these hormones work together, and when you affect one, you affect all the others.

Bro sorry to hear that, but what is a good PCT really, if you checkout my post here: http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/hcgenerate-evidence-11716.html, you will see simply that one of the products celebrated as recovery aid, had zero scientific evidence to back it up, I think doing the wrong thing as pct is even worse than no pct as you would think you are good but you aint!!! Any insight would help a brother starting out.

i knew people were going to say that but besides that deca is easy on the liver. Deca is like E.Q. the longer u take it the better. That was actually 1 of my stacks back in the day. deca and e.q.

...I know bro when i stopped taking juice i felt llike shit for like 6 months and i never had that drive like i used to. .. If i didn't get 8 hrs of sleep a night i wasn't worth a fuc the next day at work. when i was younger i went out 5 nights a week and worked construction and worked out atleast 1-2 hours 5x/week. I will be going back to work in 3 about 3 months and i'm going to look into the trt. i'm glad you mentioned that gypsy469. it's good to know other guys are going through the same. I am talking about how i thought something was wrong with me for being tired all of the time.

Thanks for this great post.....a lot of young guys on here as well as vets.....very thoughtful thread....hats off to you bro
..................thanks bro. Some guys ask me for advise and i tell them to watch the video;s on evo and u-tube. I am learning again too. lol. I can tell you what not to do.lol.

thanks for the heads up.

Easy on the liver? The only difference between deca and dbol is a 17c alter (in dbol) which is to keep the compound in-tact while passing through the liver.

a quality post. I respect people who try to educate others on where they feel like they make mistakes. Hits home because when I started this game PCT wasnt even something people discussed, never mind prepared for and sought out like today

......I know my dad would tell me "that stuff is going to mess u up later in life". It went in 1 ear and went out the other. Hindsight is 20/20 as they say.

im doing a 12 week cycle of test c 600 and tren a ED 50 for 9 weeks of the 12 I have aromasin on hand I fugred 12.5 eod anything else you vets would recommend to take?

great info. I started at 20 and didn't know what PCT was and it had me messed up for a bit, I was always tired and depressed.
....That's exactly how i felt. Around the time i promised my girl i would quit i got in a wreck on my bike on the highway going 55. So i was on pain pills for about 3 months after the wreck. I felt bad for a couple of days but i always felt tired i could sleep 10 yrs. and would still feel tired. I had no drive, no ambition. So i started using pain meds cause it gave me that drive to get shit done and i wasn't feeling tired. I wish i had waited until i was 25+ to start roids.

Got clomid and/or nolva for pct? Got hcg to run last week or two of cycle and during your week off?

I did only three cycles with 6 months and three and three months breakers. And I already have lowered test and erectile problems. Now I am taking just 250 mg of enanthate per week and 400 mg of Masteron p.w. and 25 proviron e.d. to have my libido back but still without Viagra no hard erection. I lovered estrogen with Femara and Arimidex but Progesterone is still up and raising in fact. Don't know what to do

Thanks for posting . I'm 50 . Began weights religiously at 12 since I was avid karateka my teacher and uncle was a bodybuilder and I looked up to him . I never touched a drug / aas until I was in my 30s. In fact I competed natty and actually maybe cuz I was young maintained most shredded condition at 210 natty . Later I discovered my first Internet forum in 1999, took a chance ordering test and here we are 15 years later lol . I however always took gear serious . Never bridge never cycle over 16 weeks . Always take 8-12 week break . However in between I use herbs , peptides back then lrigf3 , hgh but I see hear people that bridge or afraid of test . Cra cra

.... That was like where i grew up everyone worked out. It was the thing to do when i was in high school. Having older friends in the gym is what got me started. I look back and wish i would have waited to juice. When your young and dumb you don't care what happens when your 50 or 60. That seemed like a lifetime away.

Not all of us. I been working out over 30 years . I was bigger and stronger then every single person at my gym when I was 18 and mocked them saying they needed drugs to keep up lol. I've always made my own way. I learned young a true man stands on his own . When I turned 21 all my pals had to drink . I stayed away from anything preventing me from my goals . I've never apologized or made excuses. To me that is a measures of what a man stands for .
