Test Cyp?

Prdctofnyc

New member
Ok guys so as you all know I'm fairly new to the forum. I went in for blood work last week and just called in today for results, she told me that my test levels were 231 which I by the way find low for a recently turned 28 y/o. She told me she was going to mail me the rest of the rest and next week I'm scheduled for a follow with the endo to discuss results. At 28, with a 231 test level do I have a good chance of getting put on test cyp :), I read that normal levels are 300-1000. Thanks in advance for your opinion guys.

bro well tell the doc you cant get it up and you're tired all the time...should help you get trt...

Don't take this Personally, cause I don't intend it that way.
I don't know WTF is happening to All our Young Men.
I've seen this Too many times in the last 5 years.

Somewhere in either your Diet/Work/Food/Air.
You are coming in Contact with an Overabundance of Xenoestrogens.
I covered this in Detail in one of my Blogs, read this and see if you can Identify any of these Testosterone Killers................... JP
P.S.
If your Doctor doesn't put you on TRT, She's a Quack, and get another Doctor.

Bro your list really spoke volumes, specially since I'm from New York City. The tap water and cleaning detergents, some fish (which I eat a lot) all of these grabbed my attention. When I heard her tell me 231, it explained all of the feelig tired EVEN after gettig 7 hours a sleep. I knew it was not normal for me at 28 to be feeling so fucking tired. Really going to ask for that TRT next week.

Sorry if i posted a message teice regarding your response but I dont see it so I'll write it again. Your list spoke volumes as I'm from New York City, the water, fish and cleaning detergents definitely caught my attention. The results for me definitely do explain why I feel so tired even after getting sleep. Going to talk to my daughter about TRT, thanks again bro.

you cant be sure of this. we dont know if he has taken steroids/prohormones in the past which may have screwed with his endocrine system.

either way. you will definitely need to be placed on TRT because those levels are low as fuck

Let me give an Example, myself.
I've been Cycling since I was 25.
So about 37 years.
I just did my Natty TT before my Current Cycle, and it came back in the Mid 800's.
Now while I may be the Exception to the Rule.

Even when I came off my Last Cycle Prematurely due to an Injury.
I was still at almost 500 right after my PCT........................................ JP
P.S.
So when I hear a 28 year old man has TT in the Low 200's, it's a reason to be concerned.
P.S.S.
He didn't mention doing any Prohormones or AAS in both posts, but even if that's the Case.
Unless his Diet has been Piss Poor for his entire life, then that might make some sense.

28 years old and a test level of 231 is really low... Normal levels are 300-1000+ and you should be on TRT.
Like JP said; "If your Doctor doesn't put you on TRT, She's a Quack, and get another Doctor."
Good luck bro!

Well stated

I believe it is our environment. Either food or chemicals . We are living in a estrogen rich environment. Case in point when my son started middle.school the girls.were built like high school senors in my day. Its the estrogen causing them to.develope so early and its causing low.t in young men. 20-30 is still young. IMO

This is a life long commitment. Are you ready for it? JP has a point ....it could be environmental factors combined with less than stellar diet.
If your doc has any sense, she should administer the full blood work panel, to include LH, FSH & prolactin values. Plus ultrasound of your nuts and even an MRI. At your age, more than likely the doc will do a clomid restart.

This alone should determine if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism.

Primary. This type of hypogonadism — also known as primary testicular failure — originates from a problem in the testicles.

Secondary. This type of hypogonadism indicates a problem in the hypothalamus or the pituitary gland — parts of the brain that signal the testicles to produce testosterone. The hypothalamus produces gonadotropin-releasing hormone, which signals the pituitary gland to make follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). Luteinizing hormone then signals the testes to produce testosterone.

bro you are preaching to the converted.. I have been saying this for years on forums but guys never want to hear it

people need to start eating organic, drink proper water, and lay off so much hormone infused meat. I say this all the time and people will bash me for it because they don't want to deal with reality. bottom line is we've trashed our planet so badly the past 50 years that the younger generation will be lucky if their T levels even stay above 200 in their 20's

sadly as much as I want people to eat produce even that has been bled out of nutrients from years of abusing our land. farmers are only worried about profits right now, they don't care that their children and grandchildren will not be able to farm that land anymore. The entire Geiter belt is devoid of minerals like iodine for example so even someone who attempts to eat healthy is still going to fall short

as far as the OP I would like him to atleast attempt to change what he is putting in his body and see if he can recover his levels without resorting to TRT at such a young age. those that hop on TRT and continue trashing their bodies aren't going to cure a lot of their existing issues in a lot of cases so its better in my mind to fix the root cause first

bingo.

too much dairy and too much meat

all hormone infused, to me if would be like injecting just a little bit of hormones in your body everyday.. of course that is going to suppress your HPTA. people need to start waking up to what they are putting in their bodies. either go catch your own food, or you find a place that sells hormone free, grassfed type meat and pay more for it.

farm raised fish is a killer!! so are caged chicken eggs where they feed them soy, and other shit

I see we are all on the same page when it comes to this topic. To the young man with low T.don't sweet it they sell it every day lol. I feel bad for the next gen they will have it much worse imo

Thanks to all if you guys for the input. I have actually never done a cycle of anything in 28 years, so I doubt that contributed to the low numbers. After spending my day reading online and hearing from you guys I thought I was over doing it in thinking 231 was low, but listening from you guys I cant wait to speak with my endo. Over the years I've always had issues with tiredness and anxiety and was put oh shit like xanax which I hated and stop taking. After reading the side effects of low t I honestly think I've suffered from it for a while. Hopefully my doc puts me ATLEAST on 200mg/week we shall see.

maybe. however with the growth of health food stores and the greater environmental knowledge we have today things seem like they are changing around.

the younger generations are more environmentally aware than their parents were, more likely to buy organic etc.

most guys in their 40's and 50's are the ones you see dumping gasoline into rivers and lakes without a care in the world. they just don't give a fuck.. they are the generation that dumps gasoline on fire ant mounds and lights them on fire to get rid of them, or who spray pesticides in their backyard without wearing any type of protective masks or clothing... people keep fumes in their garages or porch, that shit will leak into their house and get inhaled.

there is likely more to your problems than just low T. I also think you have some sort of depression type anxiety.. as I told you in my other post you need to find balance in your life. an imbalance of dopamine levels can certainly be causing a lot of your issues too... many times it is the dopamine issues that cause low T and then the domino effect of issues that add up.

I have an article I am publishing in the next week about this very subject, I strongly recommend everyone read it.

Got it, look forward to that article. Do you think the endo will look at it as we are and put me cypionate?

you will be able to find someone who will put you on or you can self TRT.. that's not the issue.. my question is at your age are you willing to give up for life on your HPTA's ability to produce hormones on its own? that is a big decision to make.

you are very young to be put on HRT forever

I do think you can fix your problems and your T levels will rise.

Wow, I never thought about it like that Steve. Shit... I did not intend in having TRT for life I think I would only do HGH for extended period of time if the opportunity to do so presented itself. But do you think me getting on the Test for maybe a a couple of months to a year would fuck me up so much?

test cyp very common for TRT should be able to get from DR if not readily available if you stick around here

IMO, TRT is all about finding the right Doctor. My doc gives prescribes 200mg a week depo testosterone, but he really lets me cycle as much as I want really and his pharmacy will fill it as fast as I use it and they only charge 85$ for Pfizer. He makes me come in for blood work every 3rd bottle to get a refill and make sure I'm doing okay. He writes scripts for tamoxifen and anastrozole if I need them + he does GH too but I don't think I'm on that level yet.
I don't mean to brag, I'm just saying these docs are out there so shop around.
As far as the big commitment part goes it is a big commitment but having the right doc on your side will put you at ease.
Good luck
