Well, before anything, Cialis is better because it is supposed to help with erections, whilst Viagra was created for heart issues, and strong erections are a mere side effect. Therefore, you should rather go with something that was specifically meant for improving erections, since Viagra can mess up with your heart and cardio-vascular system.

They both stuff my nose up big time. I take like a 1/3 dosage of cialis, the first day is a bit rough after that it isn't so bad.
Viagra is only in the system for a few hours so the stuffy nose goes away, but I have to time it right when I'm getting ready for the no pants dance.
They both have their pros and cons.

Cialis is kind of like the baby brother of viagra. It is a lot milder.
That being said, DONT continually use either or your body will become dependent on them and you won't be able to get a hard on without it.

Something that help me with viagra was using nasal spray. it seems like the congestion is what causes headaches but can also be busted vessels.

Strange stuff,... both of these. Viagra use to give me the bad headaches,..... Years later, it does not.
Cialis use to stuff up my sinus like crazy and give me heartburn,... Ye3ars later, now it doesn't to the same degree.
Not sure if it's possible to build a tolerence to these drugs, or if something else has changed, but I use either now with little side effects.
