So I just attended the Dallas Europa and came up on a shit load of free stuff. A lot of you guys as for pre workout advice or BCAA advice, well I'm gonna review a couple things real quick over the next week just to give my opinion.
Currently Im 6'1 23 years old and 265-270lbs I am fairly lean but definitely an offseason state.
I am a firm believer in your diet cones over supps. I don't take really much of anything to be honest. This just happens to be all free. I am not stim sensitive whatsoever. Used to take a lot of 1-3, dimethyl products.
Anyway. Here is a pic of where I am currently to give yall an idea along with a pic of some of the shit Il be reviewing.
