My "Get Back" Cycle Log

Current BF: 27%

Goal weight: 200lbs 10-12% BF

Hey guys new to these forums. Basically getting started gyming again after a 1.5 years of not even lifting a barbell. Started a family and business and went from 195-205lbs to 270lbs give or take. I've already started gyming again my weight loss journey on October 25 and I am right now on tirzepatide but planning on switching over to retatrutide. I've lost 16lbs mostly water weight and shit.

I am not touching a single steroid until I get to 15-16% BF as the only thing I need to do is put down the effin fork lols. I don't care about losing muscle right now so I'm not gonna even touch clen (ive always had terrible clen sides and I have high anxiety).

I've been at 1800 calories (200g of protein, 50-70 carbs, 100g fat) but I've been recommended I lower my calorie intake. My wife cooks too good of food and I love food so the most I'll drop it down to is 1500 calories. I'll definitely have to lower my fat consumption so I am going to drop it down to 50-60g of fat. Protein will go down to 180g, and carbs will stay the same.

I used to run 500g of test e 800g of Primo and I rocked 10-12% BF. I've run anavar/winstrol in the past if I want to cut down below 10% as without it I'm like around 12%. Ive done a tren cycle in my past that brought me down to 7% BF during the height of my blasting days. dabbled with other stuff too but primo/test is just the standard for me. and obviously pct stuff.

so I'm currently formulating a cycle plan once I get down to my desired BF. Would love to hear your thoughts suggestions critcisms and or input.

Some questions:

Should I start my cycle earlier?

Should I start it now :ROFLMAO:

Should I say screw it and hop on clen?

T3, yay or nay? (Im planning on running this and have before but cravings were a BITCH).

My diet? Should I go lower with my calorie intake?

I'll post my gym stats below more indepth. But Basically 6 days a week with sunday off. alternate back, arms, legs, chest. I do 8 minute HIIT twice a day early in the morning and late at night before bed. gym for 1-1.5hrs.

We can give you proper direction but we can’t help you seriously until we see at least 1 physique pic with the face blurred so we know your base.

Right now everything you’re asking depends on how you actually look at 27%, so post that pic and then we can map out calories, GLP dosing, timing, and when you should even think about a cycle.

Hey brother,
I would stay off the gear until you get your BF down more - keep going with the cardio and diet - I'm sure it will fall off easily enough. If you want to do something just hop on a TRT dose while dropping weight.
