hi guys, gone through many injuries, I've got inflammation in my right tendon for 1 y ago, injury my back 9 mouth ago buy to much deadlift + squat, Right now when i tried to come back from the injury I have felt weak and lost all power, I started with a 3 day split training program, and began now to feel that I have a pain in the left side of the back upper lowerback and found out that its muscle strain, I'm really stuck in all injuries are sick tired of this, has done everything to avoid injury and now I'm off even more from training, warming up and doing everything but do not understand, do not know if there is a problem with my genetics, please help guys thanks

thx man, should i deload after i have recovery from my injury?, i have lost all power almost this is nightmare i cant lift, do you guys think its muscle strain?,

Any more tips from plp who have ben into bb long time dealing with injurys thank,

I know time off and lowering weight helps me get over tendinitis. Rest followed by lighter weight is really the only road back therapeutically. It sucks but slow and steady wins the race. HGH will help a lot.

Amino Acids. Get all of them and take them separately throughout the day. I'm trying to repair a bad shoulder. Cortisone shots and pains meds hamper my workout. Slowly, but surly I'm getting to do my first pullup in decades since my car accident. The money is nothing. I miss where I was.

its demoralizing i feel for you. some people are more prone to injury than others, just stick with it buddy and build your way back up slowly. you dont want to push your body to hard and be back to square one. building your strength back up slowly is better than not doing at all. good luck :)

its really tierd of injuyes this is not big injuys, its so small and it mess up the whole traning, is there any herb or supp i cant take for healp muscle strain or to speed up this injury on my back,

i did start slow when i tried to come back for 1 mouth ago, i dont know how i got this injury on my back, i did start slow im chockt how im young to! i have train for 10 mouth totalt,

First of all - cycle some Ostarine. It was specifically developed for injury healing, especially ligament related. It is extremely effective, and will really heal the injuries - not just cover them up. Besides, it will also help you to add some lean mass.

Furthermore, take N2Joints RX - this is an amazing supplement that has awesome results. Have been taking it for a month now, and my elbow joints are as happy as they can be.

the best way to prevent injuries is don't get them in the first place

guys will get these nagging chronic injuries by not listening to their bodies and continuing to pound away to the point where its too late to do anything except just stop

you should always plan out deloads, run your joint support (n2jointrx), and cycle in some MK here and there to get those joints healthy

Wich contry do i buy them from Ostarine ? I Live in Sweden its really hard to get things here trough the taxpolice are really strict im scared to go to jail and getting trubble etc etc, when i go off Ostarine will the pain come back and make it worse like pain killers med and cortisone etc?

i did not really notice the pain in my back the muscle strain since i started to get almost acute pain THEN i stoped and woundering of the injurys, back for 1 mouth ago i did feelt but i something in the back i keept traning, and then at the monday week, i feelt it become worse i stoped that day.

Take a week off from the gym. So many people are scared of time off from the gym but it's usually the best thing you can do.

When you get back into the gym, use some ostarine and n2joint rx to keep your joints healthy.

As well as regular appointments with a chiropractor and massage therapist.

Remember that the best way to heal injuries is to prevent them from happening in the first place.

I had a right achilles tendon injury and one thing I can say is that it takes a long time to heal. I had to wait about 4-5 months before I could put any serious weight on it! build back slowly!

im now resting, the injury in the back, i start slowly feel improvment, im scared it will come back when i lift, what should i do guys, i know the squat put alot alot of presure on the back on one side only little bit the other, deadlift i feelt lighter, BUT it was not same extreme as the squat with barbell on front squat,

Im a student man i dont have so much money to go pend go to chiropratoct etc etc, i rather have knowleage learn by my self,

i just feel my body just are not in they young age, i feel like im 70 y, of all injury and i dont feel mentaly good, im only 19 y old,

This is why i only do partial stiff leg deads and never squat over 405 as i get stronger i just do more reps and tighten up my form too increase the load a back injury can end it all
