Test and tren bulk cycle

Hey guys I'm going to do a log on my cycle as stated above, please bare with me as ive only just joined up here and I started this log in another forum, currently near the end of week 3, ive gotta copy and paste a lot of it so hopefully still makes sense here, bare with me until I post the lot up till current day. Anyway this is my 3rd cycle and first time using tren, previous cycles were test e only at 400mg per week then 500mg per week. Both ran 12 weeks and gave me some solid gains.
I've been training full on for 5 years now and started at 60kg, been constantly trying to improve my diet and training along the way. I'm an ectomorph body comp, and consider myself a hardgainer but as I've learnt more and more about nutrition and started calorie counting I've been able to manage a steady increase in weight and muscle over the last couple of years.
Anyway in the search for more size and keen on giving tren a run I've just started my cycle, I'll do my best to break it all down and keen on any feedback.

MY STATS
Age 25
Weight 90kg
Height 6 foot (183)
Bodyfat 11-12%

CYCLE
TEST E - 200mg/pw Week 1-13
TREN A - 350mg/pw Week 3-11
DBOL - 50mg Week 1-4
ANAVAR - 50-75mg Week 11-15
HCG- on hand will use when needed or towards the end of cycle
PCT - Res100 & Nolva Week 15-19 (previously just gone the clomid/nolva road successfully but this time trying a different method)

My approach is based off a massive amount of research and I've decided that the more tren to test ratio is the way I'm gunna go, theory being that I'll let the tren do the work and test is just there for basic bodily functions.
Also the cycle was ment to be test e and tren e but I got sent tren a so I'll make it work, pinning schedule will be every second day rotating between glutes and delts, I've worked it out so glutes get more volume of oil (injecting test/tren) and delts will be tren only.
So Monday will be test/tren, Wednesday just tren, Friday will be test/tren, Sunday just tren and so on.
The Dbol is just there for a kick start and Anavar is an option for the finish, not sure weather I'll use it at this stage.
The aim of this cycle is to put on some solid lean gains, I'm treating it as a bulk cycle and really just keen to see what tren can do. I stay lean all the time and even in the middle of a test cycle where I'm eating anything and everything trying to bulk I have veins popping out everywhere. Extremely lucky I suppose but having a fast metabolism also makes it hard for me to grow.

DIET
My diet is nothing crazy just using Myfitness Pal to track my calories and aiming for 3000-3500 per day made up of 40P/40C/20F. Calories will go up based on my gains and bodyfat, as I said I have a really fast metabolism and stay lean quiet easily so will see how it goes.


Anyway today was day 1 and it started with 100mg Test E into my left glute and 50mg Dbol, next pin will be 100mg Test E into my left delt. This first two weeks that are test only I'll do one pin in each of my planned sites to get them ready for the tren.
 
Day 2
Not a lot to report today, 50mg Dbol for the day and trained shoulders and calves, was a good session with probably more intensity and a few heavier lifts then normal, just putting that down to the mental aspect of having gear in the system.

Anyway I layed out all my stuff today and had a final check to make sure all bases are covered, for those interested I'll list my ancillaries,

Prami - to combat possible prolactin issuers from tren
Letro - to combat possible estrogen related sides from the test and Dbol (don't think I'll need it as I didn't have any issues on 500mg test but just in case), and I'm aware that most people's first choice is either Arimidex or Aromasin but I find letro just as effective when dosed correctly
Formeron - Transdermal AI I also have will use it as first port of call
Roaccutane- I used this as a young teen to combat acne and its incredible, just 10mg a day on cycle keeps all acne away
Liver Support- I use Liv52 and milk thistle 30000mg
Vitamins- everyday regardless of on or off cycle I take a multivitamin, krill oil, fish oil, zinc, iron, magnesium, vitamin c and vitamin d

My PCT will be different this time around, I've previously just gone with the clomid/nolva pct 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20 and recovered fairly quickly keeping most gains but this time after a lot of research I'm going to try a mainly nolva only pct. The approach is just nolva for 4 weeks at 40/40/20/20 with the first week adding clomid at 100mg per day for 4 days then reduce to 50mg per day for 3 days. Then it's just straight nolva for the other 3 weeks. After abit of research on a product made in Aus called Res100 ill add that in aswell. The studies I found on this method are really interesting and users claim it to be just as effective so keen to see how it goes.
 
Ill jump ahead to the end of Week 2 now as there wasn't much to report, all injections went smooth but I did get some nasty test flu for a day after each shot, also the Dbol I'm using is in cap form dosed at 50mg per cap but I think its way underdosed or just plain shit. Slight strength increase and pumps here and there but no bloat or extra water what so ever, only up 2kg and have more visible veins then before lol. Next post was after a lot of panic about tren cough and just using tren in general but all went well.
 
Day 15

Well well well........ Couldn't have gone smoother haha, mixed 0.5ml test and 1ml tren and pinned my left glute, went slow as fu*k, prob took near 2min to get it in and didn't have an issue, could taste it abit but nothing bad. Let's hope they all go as smooth. Was right in the zone after it and went and trained chest, best sesh I've had in a long time, think the dbol has kicked abit harder now cause I was pumped as from my warm up sets. Strength is up aswell so hopefully smash quads with the same intensity tomorrow

Day 16

Another good day today didn't really get any flu from the shot yesterday, had a bit of a rough sleep but that's it so hopefully the body's adapted now. Just got back from a big back workout and put up some good numbers, can positively say the the dbol is working now, although it's definitely not as strong as ya Thai brand dbol.
Only bad thing to report is the indigestion/heartburn from either dbol or tren, other than that all good, got another shot of tren in the delt tomorrow will update after that.

Day 17

Massive quad sesh this morning feeling great, put in a huge amount of volume on them, pump was huge and still full now. Just did a tren only shot to the left delt, all went smooth no cough, although there was blood when I pulled the needle out so I was waiting for it but all good. Hopefully not to much pip tomorrow so I can train arms.

Day 18

Shoulder session this morning and absolutely smashed it, pb's on everything and had no pip at all from the shot yesterday. Dunno how quickly anything comes from tren but today my strength was crazy, and putting up bigger numbers for double the reps. Could be dbol, could be tren doesn't really matter as long as it keeps improving. Gunna hit Hammi's in the morning followed by another test and tren shot to the right glute.
Don't really have anything in the way of side effects to report, so far so good, as I said I don't no how long it takes to get sides from tren. Getting some good pumps in every sesh, intensity is crazy, feeling good mentally, getting stronger and staying lean if not leaner. Only bad side is the indigestion and some rough sleep
 
Day 19

Smashed hams this morning with increased weight and a huge amount of volume, focused on a heap of time under tension sets doing longer durations then I normally do. Still feeling great overall and going along side free. Did a test and tren shot in the right glute this sarvo which went fine, chest tomorrow will post then
 
CURRENT DAY - DAY 20
Felt abit off today after a rough sleep had a headache all night, still went to the gym and put in a chest workout, was stronger then normal overall but no were near full potential, glutes abit sore from yesterday which just annoyed me ever time I sat down with weight, still managed a decent sesh though.

SIDES
So far things are still going great, don't know if the rough sleep is coming from the tren this early or just a bad couple of nights, indigestion is probably the worst thing atm, after every meal its shocking and just when it seems to be going away I hit another tren shot and its back.
Keen to start really feeling it, as its my first time using tren I dunno when things start happening but hopefully the good stuff is just around the corner.

Cheers everyone had an awesome sleep last night prob due to a new supplement I've got to promote deep sleep and GH production, going to hit a back sesh shortly then have a tren shot into the right delt will update after that
 
Day 21

Had a good back session this morning and added in some rack deads, strength is going up well now and so is endurance, each set I'm thinking to meself I'll probably just aim for 8-10 here cause it's pretty heavy, next minute I've done 15 haha, so far everything's going good and no sides to worry about bar the indigestion but that's manageable.
Injection today into right delt was smooth but for some reason I get like an instant soreness after the shot that hangs around most of the day, it's only noticeable if I move my shoulder into an akward position but then it'll sort of sting for abit, dunno if I'm doing something wrong but nothing's different from any other shot. My left delt did the same then next day was 100% with no pip at all, only thing I can think of is maybe having the needle in so long cause I'm worried about tren cough and injecting slow as shit.
Anyway it's nothing too bad and should be fine by morning, will post tomorrow after a quad sesh

Cheers bro, yeah to me it doesn't feel like much I suppose I'll never be satisfied, not really fussed on body weight anymore now just what the mirror reflects, be nice to finish this cycle sitting over 90kg and under 10% bf. See how it goes

I love your log man. Extremely detailed. Everything looks really good. I just have a few small suggestions.

1. Make sure you are running an AI with this cycle. Either arimidex, aromasin, or liquidex AI.

2. Make sure you are using a liver aid when running orals. I would suggest n2guard from n2bm.com

3. Your pct really needs some improvement. HCG is actually a form of estrogen and does more harm then good. I would recommend using HCGenerate ES instead.

1. For my AI I have Formeron transdermal by Black Lion Research, not sure if you've heard of it but it's an awesome product and it works well for me, as a back up I have Letro which I know how to use effectively for my body without lowering my estrogen too far.
2. Definitely got liver aids in the mix have been taking them since day one, I'm in Aus so the sups I get are ones I've researched on here that I know I can get easily, anyway I use Tudca, Liv52 and Milk Thistle.
3. I've read through the proper PCT thread and find its pretty much on point, however I successfully recovered from my last cycle by using hcg for the last 5 weeks then doing the 4 week clomid and nolva stint. This cycle I'm basing my pct off a different approach as per a lot of research and I'm happy with were its sitting. Obviously it's always good to hear others opinions and I thankyou again for your suggestions
 
bro formeron wont do shit...get some aromasin...and get n2guard for liver/organs/kidneys...
 
Yeah I've found my joints get to sore from aromasin, everyone has there own opinion on Formeron but it works for me and kept my estrogen under control on a 500mg per week test cycle, I believe it's doing the same for me now and once I drop the dbol I don't think I'll even have an issue with estrogen cause my test dose is only 200mg per week. Using prami for the tren side of things
 
WEEK 4 Day 22

Not a great deal to report today, just finished a quad session, strength still going up everyday. I half get angry with myself at the moment when training cause I'll be on the last set thinking I'm going heavy and aiming for a certain number of reps then I just demolish it haha, I don't want to **** in to mad though I suppose and end up with sore joints.
So far everything is cruising well, no bad sides to report and still sleeping well with this new supp so all is good. Was thinking about adding proviron to the mix once I drop dbol would you guys recommend that. Prob at 50mg per day till the end.
 
Well took my first dose of Prami last night, only took .125ml just before bed but it still rocked me, woke up after a couple of hours with a racing mind and feeling hot as hell, even though it was about 11 degrees in the house. Wasn't sick or anything just restless and had the fever feeling, finally got back to sleep and then woke up with a headache and feeling lethargic all morning, pre workout got me though an awesome shoulder sesh but since finishing that I feel like shit again, no energy at all, no desire to eat and my nipples actually have a bit of sensitivity in them now so not sure what's going on. Any ideas?
 
Gunna get on the aromasin at 12.5mg Eod and keep the prami at .125ml before bed for a few days then slowly build it up
 
Day 23

Not a lot to report other then my post above, just done another shot of test/tren which went smooth, gunna drop the dbol now I do t think it's really doing anything bar raising estro.
 
Day 24

Woke up better this morning the nipple sensitivity has gone away and I didn't bother taking dbol today, I saw a few posts about not using letro and prami within 24 hours of one another so I didn't use prami last night. I'll start it up again tonight before bed and continue to use it every night now. Slept like a baby last night and woke up great, no pip at all from injections now so things are going smooth, just got back from a hammi sesh and put up some good numbers and a pb for stiff legged deads.
Gunna give it another day or two and make sure the nipple issue is fully gone then jump on the proviron at 50mg per day till the end of cycle. How long does tren ace normally take to really feel it working?

I misread Test E and thought it was Tren E tho..

Day 26

Night shift has stuffed me up the last couple of days, been feeling on top of the world this week, everyday I'm pumped all day waiting to get to the gym and once there been smashing every workout. Today I trained chest and tri's and it would have to of been my best session to date, pb's on most lifts and just crazy pumps and intensity all workout, no sides to report either which is good, still sleeping well and it's deep uninterrupted sleep. Just pinned tren into left delt and had a fair bit of blood follow the pin out after a smooth injecting, not sure what was going on there, I by no means at all want to experience tren cough but I thought having that much blood after pulling out would be bound to make it happen, be keen to hear people's thoughts on this and has it happened to you before
 
Day 26

Not too much to report today, felt pain went away overnight so no issue there, I did have a crazy sleep last night, felt like I was in the deepest sleep ever but still in control of my thoughts, felt like I slept about 10hrs but actually woke up after 5hrs covered in sweat. Got up for a drink then got back to sleep ok, today was a rest day for me so took it pretty easy, spent most of the day prepping meals for the weekend, I've had sore knees for a couple of days now but I think it could be from upping my aromasin dose and possibly dropped estro to low, now I'm off the dbol I'll drop it back to 12.5mg eod.
Anyway I'll post tomorrow after a leg sesh, hopefully the knees are alright so I can push some decent numbers on squats
 
Day 27

Quad day today, knees were feeling better so I went heavier then normal, was strong as fu*k on everything too, aiming for 10 reps doing 15, 8 reps doing 12 it's crazy. And it takes forever to fatigue the muscle which is good cause I can do some high volume training.
I'm keen to see how I sleep tonight and if I get any dreams, last night was wild the missus said I was laughing most of the night in my sleep, didn't wake up once which was good and I remember my dreams so vividly. Just pinned the right glute with another test/tren shot, tomorrow will be back day I'll post after my session.
So far I'm absolutely pumped with this cycle, it was a rough first couple of weeks but now things are going great, no sides I would consider bad as of yet.

Cheers for the feedback fellas, was busy yesterday with family commitments and didn't get to train or post on here, anyway here's today's

WEEK 5 - Day 29
Just got back from the gym, trained back and bi's, I seriously can't describe the mental aspect in my training now, everything is just next level and even though I'm not going stupid heavy keeping things smart I still push out double the amount I was planning on. Then there's the pumps, almost instant fullness from one set, which gets crazier as the sets go on. Vascularity in my delts and arms is starting to be next level now, I always maintain a fair few veins that start popping with some curls or something but now there pretty much just out all the time.
I forgot to weigh myself today but will update it tomorrow, think I'm only up about 5kg but body fat is way lower visibly anyway, will have to get that tested.
Bad sides really aren't present at the moment, only thing worth mentioning would be night sweats, although there not that bad I just wake up thinking I'm cold then realise I'm covered in sweat, roll over and go back to sleep, sleep quality isn't the best now but I can still get back to sleep after waking up. I'm not the most patient person normally and it doesn't take much to to piss me off so it's hard to tell if trens affecting me there, probably a little bit I guess, shorter temper definitely but nothing major, the only other thing I've noticed is that if someone's talking to me about anything other than the gym or something gym related I couldn't give two fu*ks lol, dunno if that's tren or I'm just a cu*t.
I've got another delt shot today of just tren, see how it goes compared to the last few, hopefully be smashing delts tomorrow will post then.
 
Day 30

I must of got in my own head worrying about my injection last night, as I went to pin I did it so slow it was just ridiculous, anyway I broke the skin so slow it fu*kin stung like hell, aspirated ok but the sting was too bad so I pulled out and shot blood halfway down my arm haha, changed pin and re done it and all was good.
Had a stupid amount of energy today, smashed hamies this morning with some heavy weight on stiff legged deads, weighed myself at the gym and I'm sitting at 94.8kg so I've put on just under 5kg, pretty happy with that cause I'm definitely way leaner and have new veins popping everyday. I have to keep reminding myself that muscle mass will come a lot slower from tren as I'm leaning up in the process, I'm used to having that swole look happening after a few weeks from high test. Anyway I'm happy we're im sitting for 4 weeks in, next few should be awesome.
Sitting around late this afternoon all I could think about was training so I went back to the gym and done shoulders, another quality session, won't be able to train tomorrow due to work but I'll try do a decent post on all the other aspects of the cycle outside of training.
 
Day 32

I missed yesterday fellas cause I couldn't train due to work and planned on just writing a post about my general wellbeing from being on this cycle, well that all changed last night when I did a test and tren injection into the left glute, everything went normal and the same as every other injection, although an hour or so later the muscle had a really bad cork feeling in it, had a half decent sleep only woke up a couple of times uncomfortable from it and once from sweating like crazy. Anyway today at work it was killing me it feels like the first ever time I injected a muscle, really bad pip, the pain is up around my hip aswell and the whole upper outta part of the glute and hip are tender to touch. It feels tight and possibly a little swollen but it's not red or hot or discoloured so I don't think it's an infection. It's still pretty bad at the moment so I haven't trained today either, hopefully it comes good overnight so I can train tomorrow if not I might see a doc.
So far this cycle I've only been using glutes and delts on an 8 day rotation (pinning ever other day) but I might bring the quads back into it now, I've done them before will just have to put up with the pip for their first shot.

Anyone had something similar to what I've described?
 
Yeah was a new vial of tren, it's more pain in all of my hip joint than the actual muscle, I've got a tren only shot in my delt today if it nails me I'll no it's the new vial
 
That's what I figured. The mix must be different if the new vial is full or fire lol. Hope it was a one time thing and not a waste of gear.
 
Yeah I reckon that may be it or I possibly went to far around towards the back of the glute, read somewhere you can aspirate too excessively aswell which I also accidentally did. Gunna do this delt shot in an hour or so I'll c how it goes
 
Day 33

Well the glute and hip are getting better slowly which is a good sign, still sore but hopefully can train quads tomorrow, I did a tren only shot into my left delt about an hour ago and so far so good its probably the smoothest shot I've had in the delts so I don't think it was an issue with a new vial, most likely I just had a ruff injection in the glute.
Trained chest this morning and again another crazy session, after not being able to train for two days I was keen to hook in even though it hurts to sit down, had my training partner pass me all my weights so still pushed it and had an awesome workout, hit pb's on most compounds aswell so strength is still on the rise, pumps are crazy and the vascularity coming out in my shoulders and arms now is crazy, hopefully quads go well tomorrow I'll post after my sesh

Just got back from training quads and this is probably sounding like a broken record now but holy shit it was intense, I kept my heaviest set of squats at the same weight but hit double the reps for two sets, big improvement on last quad sesh, I'm capping my compound lifts at set weights this time and will just aim for volume, last cycle I let the strength get the better of me and kept going heavier each week and really pushing it aiming for one rep max's, while it was good it after I came off cycle my joints we're screwed. So I'll be training a lot smarter this time and still absolutely smashing the legs so it's going good.
The hip still has abit of tenderness in it but wasn't worrying me during the sesh, I reckon by tomorrow it'll be fine, my delt is 100% today aswell no pip what so ever so that's good, will probably hit either back or shoulders tomorrow and post up then, weight is sitting exactly 5kg up at the moment and I'm definitely way leaner, getting the bodyfat checked next week hopefully so be good to see were in at.
 
Day 35

Well last night the wild dreams kicked in hard, I've had some vivid dreams on and off but last night they were abit aggressive and sleep was very light and interrupted, between waking up sweating and waking from the dreams getting abit crazy I didn't sleep a lot at all, still felt on top of the world all day and trained back this morning with crazy intensity, I always warm up with wide pull ups and do around 4-5 sets of 10 pretty comfortably, today it felt like I could hang off the bar all day, i hit another pb on rack deads and put up solid weight for all isolation exercises. I've gotta drag myself outta the gym lately I never wanna leave, another noticeable thing now is my muscle recovery, I hit quads yesterday probably the hardest I ever have and today there 100%. Pinned my right glute this arvo and so far no pain all going good, will post tomorrow after my sesh.
 
WEEK 6 - Day 36

Just gunna do a recap on the cycle as I'm nearly at the half way point,

Dosages
Test E - 200mg per week, Tren A - 350mg per week
I have nothing else in the system at the moment, I was going to bring in Proviron but things are running smooth do I don't feel the need. I've got Anavar tabs ready to go but not sure if I'll bother with them, if I do it won't be for another few weeks.
Ancillaries
Aromasin - 12.5mg EOD. So far this dose is keeping everything in check and feeling good.
HCG - 400iu per week. This is just low dose at 200iu x 2 every Monday and Thursday, I no a lot of people don't like hcg and are against using it but at this dose it's bought fullness back to my nuts, increased sperm volume and has them hanging like normal, I have no estrogen issues with this dose.
Prami - I did use prami at 0.125mg for a few nights with the plan to slowly increase the dose but it really doesn't go well with me, it does get more tolerable but I don't feel the need to run it daily as my libido is fine and have no other prolactin related issues. Will use as needed if it comes to that.

Im extremely happy with the way everything is going so far, didn't no what to expect as I haven't used tren before and I thought with such low test compared to my first couple of cycles that this wouldn't be as good, but 5 weeks completed and only 3 weeks with the tren involved I've already blown out any previous results, hopefully things keep on charging the way they have and I can keep the majority of gains when I come off.

Day 37

Trained hams and calves this morning, I've noticed the last couple of days I've been getting a really sore left shin and the top of my left foot, it's like a deep ache that's always there but doesn't trouble me during workouts, not really sure what's causing it but the only thing that seems common from reading up on other logs that it could be the tren causing it. It's weird that it's only happening on my left leg though. Anyone else get sides like this from tren?
 
Only because I've used dbol before and it was easily available to me, never researched drol so don't no much about it
 
Yeah right that's pretty wild, quality gains or water though? Tbol seems like a better choice than dbol also
 
Day 38

Killed a chest session this morning, every time I train my strength and muscle endurance keep going up its hard to get used to as weird as that sounds, from my experience with just test I've had to wait till around the 5th week for things to kick and then it's only for a couple of weeks before coming off, this cycle is full on right now and it just gets better everytime I train. I think I'm up another kilo but I'll wait till the end of the week and take an average, bodyfat is getting checked on the weekend hopefully if work permits. Hitting quads tomorrow hoping to put some pb's up again then
 
Day 39

Had a good quad session this morning, knees were a little sore but still smashed out a quality session, I've been putting a lot of focus on my calves as I'm a taller person and there extremely hard to grow, ive been hitting them nearly every second session but I'm probably just burning them out so I'll knock it back to leg days only. Since the start of this cycle I've been splitting up legs and trying to hit quads twice a week and hammies once, might change it up now and try get hams done twice also, may just have to train all legs on the one day and just switch up between starting on hams or quads.
Just did a pin into the left glute, this was the shot that gave me a crook hip last week, it's still abit sore every now and then so I was abit hesitant but it felt fine doing the shot and so far it's ok. Will know later tonight I guess.
Outside of the gym things are going good, haven't had any anger issues, I get night sweats but nothing crazy and I've been having very restless sleep but it's not insomnia I can fall back to sleep fairly easily, I am having some very vivid dreams and if I wake up I can fall back asleep and straight to the same point of the dream. The last 3 days I've gotten this rash on my left leg, it's little red dots that sting when something rubs against them and itch when I'm just sitting around, have no idea what has caused this as it's only on the left foot and lower shin, I went to see the doctor today and he gave me a cream to try and a blood test, he said something about blood count but I can't remember, I asked for a full hormone check but he refused (not my usual doc), so I'm just getting my liver, kidneys, thyroid and whatever he wanted checked done, will see him again Monday for results. Has anyone else had a similar rash from any gear or no what it may be?
 
Yeah not sure I've got some antibiotics to run from the doc so hopefully it clears up. The other thing that came back from blood test was my Creatine Kinase level, meant to be around 25-200 or so and mines around 1200, he told me to lay off the exercise? Anyone had this or no if roids affect your levels
 
Day 41

Missed a day yesterday but I didn't train so not much to report, today was the same I needed a good rest and I've got this high creatine level so I'm gunna lay up the weekend and get bloods redone on Monday morning. Hopefully it brings it down again and I'll get back into it full swing
 
Just a quick update, got bodyfat checked and I'm sitting at 6.5% at 95kg (209pounds) body weight

Day 42

Had another rest day today and had to work so nothing exciting to report, I'm not to concerned about my creatine level now after some good advise from the mods but I'll prob just get it checked again tomorrow out of curiosity. If time permits I'll be training tomorrow and get back into the swing of it. Only had two rest days but it feels like I haven't trained in weeks, hopefully the rest has done me good and I can hit it fresh and put up some good numbers. Will update tomorrow

Day 43

Well I saw the doc after work and showed him a study on of the mods pointed me towards and said that id rested all weekend and I wanted to recheck it but he wanted to refer me to a specialist and wouldn't order the bloodwork until I've rested for 10 days. Don't think I'll even bother with it and just get everything checked out once the cycle is finished.
I just got back from training shoulders, I couldn't hold off training any longer, session was awesome aswell considering I've been up since 4am and I trained at 8pm. Crazy intensity, pb's all round and a crazy fullness through my whole upper body. The rest did me good I guess, as I mentioned the other day my bodyfat was 6.5% @ 95kg, tonight I came in at 96.5kg but it's probably from a full day of eating before training but I swear I was looking even more ripped than when I did the bodyfat test. Really starting to see some separation in my upper body now, vascularity is fu*kin mental, just waiting for the legs to follow suit, there still veined up but not at that crazy level yet, got a fresh approach to my diet and training for the next few weeks so hopefully see some more changes.

I have to say one thing about tren, I started this cycle with the intentions of a solid lean bulk hoping to keep everything I gain and not be too concerned about the shredding effects, but as I move through the days and see my body changing so dramatically with more and more cuts and veins it's hard to keep the bulk aspect as my focus, either way it's a win win situation and I'm only at the halfway point with the tren. Absolutely amazing compound!!

Haha yeah bro it's unreal, I'm only at 350mg a week but it's doing crazy things and I haven't really had an unbearable side, light night sweats but nothing crazy, restless sleep but it doesn't effect me, no tren cough as yet, no anger or mental issues, no prolactin issues as yet. I'm absolutely stoked, hopefully the next 4 weeks are just as good if not better

Once this cycle and pct is finished I've got a 10 day holiday in Fiji so I'll rest up there then get bloodwork done and if it hasn't came back within the range then I'll deal with it. For now gotta enjoy what's left of this cycle
 
Day 44

Hit legs this morning and absolutely smashed em, first time in a while doing quads and hams together so it was a big workout but was awesome, hit another pb on squats, then followed them up with some heavy stiff legged's, was fully pumped at that point but then went and hit all the machine variations and finished up with lunges and fu*k me were they full, couldn't even flex them lol. Great workout followed by a solid day of eating on the new meal plan, weight was still up this morning so hopefully see a steady rise and it's just lean muscle. Gunna start taking anavar at 50mg tomorrow so we'll see what that brings to the mix in a few weeks time.
 
Day 45

Same old story today, trained chest and hit more pb's again, I'm focusing on my upper chest so I've been starting my sessions with incline Dumbbells, put the 50's (110lbs) up today for a good 8 reps so happy with that. Had another solid day of eating on this meal plan, just spiced up my meals really to keep it interesting. I was gunna start anavar today but I'm a week early, I only wanna use it for 6-7 weeks and go right up to a few days before pct so I'll probably start it next week.

Bro you want a killer incline workout. Instead of bringing the bar over your chest try to bring it over your neck or chin and keep it at a constant contraction each rep, don't lock out. Keep it nice and low with maybe a 10 inch rep range. Fucking killer dude. Blast your collar bone area for the titty shelf.

That sounds the goods, I'm due to go back to barbell I've only been hitting Dumbbells lately, but with them I do similar to what you said, bring me down more over my head and always focus on a slow negative, the collar bone area is definitely a weak point for me so I'll give that a crack
 
Day 46

Had a wild sleep late night, the sweats hit me good I reckon I woke up about 10 times absolutely covered wondering what the fu*ks going on, I get back to sleep easily but it's pretty wild, and when I am sleeping I'm dreaming about some very strange shit. It seems to be more full on the night I've done an injection.
Trained back and bi's today and that was another solid workout, because I'm leaning out so much i reckon it makes my arms look smaller when I'm training them, that probably doesn't make sense but you can see that's it's nothing but pure muscle sitting under a tight as fu*k layer of skin so to me they appear skinny, I had to get the missus to measure them for me this morning I was that paranoid lol, turns out they have grown half an inch.
I've had a few of the regulars at my gym start questioning me about using the last couple of days which gives a little ego boost, I don't think I've put on much size more just ripped up but a few of my mates reckon it's beyond obvious now that I'm on something so that makes me feel good, hoping the back end of the cycle keeps the gains coming and I can get the lean muscle mass up a few more kilos.
I have a question for the Var users, I've got 25mg caps to use but only 50 of them, want to run it for 6-7 weeks, will 25mg per day be enough or should it be more like 50mg
 
I say forget the var and bump your tren to 500mg per week.

If your cycle is going extremely well, which it sounds like it is, don't add any other compounds. Bump than tren dose to 500mg and you'll be that much more amazed with the results.


Save the var for another time.


However, you'll want to run var at 50mg given how your caps are dosed.

Only relief for me is buscupan.
The rough nights of sleep will pass. Just early days due to the new tren chemical.

Day 49
Missed yesterday I had a big day and crashed early, had a good shoulder session yesterday and hit another pb with my compounds, today I trained quads with one of the real big fellas at my gym and pushed it to another level, we did about 20 sets of squats all different variations, I'm writing this now laying on the lounge cause I'm fu*ked haha, gunna up my tren dose as of today and see how it goes, will give the Var a miss I think
