Don't use prami, it has nasty sides - drop dostinex completely. You can just keep running the letrozole+nolvadex protocol, just add Yohimflame topical to the actual nipple area where the fatty deposits are.

You need HCGenerate for PCT not for anty-gyno

Once you get rid of your gynecomastia, cycle down the letrozole and start using Cardarine (GW-501516) with HCGenerate. (last week of pyramiding down with Letro)

You can bump it up faster, especially if you feel you have a handle on things.

If you have serious gynecomastia, you won't get rid of it in 15 days. You can stop but the issue won't just go away. You stopping the tamoxifen too?

Its not really the 15 day part its the shitty feeling letrozole gives you thats why i dropped it im going to continue the tamoxifen. I actually tried the protocol before ran the letro/dostinex with no results I really think continuing the tamoxifen will get rid of my gyno
