what is that just seasoned chicken aand brown rice?

i often do chicken and various veggies, or tuna sandwiches on very low cal wheat bread, carrots and celerty as a snack
 
Put some salsa on that rice. It changes things up. Also, with it getting warmer (where I am anyway), try BBQing in bulk and eat it all week. It never gets old. Grill some sweet potatoes and veggies in bulk too. I do it twice a week and I'm always excited to eat my meals.

Tilapia and Salmon (all wild non-freaking china) with veggies.

Three meals I eat 2-3x/wk. Plus tuna, eggs, milk, local honey, Brazilia almond nuts and natty peanut butter. Also cook chicken in extra virgin olive oil and eat on Ezekiel bread.

thanks bro....i do believe to make clean gains u need to learn to cook and understand basic nutrition. All these "complex diets" are like Supps to me, the only help a little.

If Fizz's "BB's take over a state" ever comes tru I'd open up a restaurant that instead of had labels like "steak" "chicken" "seafood" lists mine would be: "Basic Test diet", "Tren Diet" , etc... lol. Then of course "off cycle maintenance diet" lol.

How do you keep an accurate track of you fat macros? I assume you are cooking with some oil and what not? I mean I LOVE to cook fancy when I am bulking but I just cant get an accurate total on my calories. A little butter here a little olive oil there. I find my cutting diets WAYYYY BORING....it works but dinner time is never exciting. :)

You have to read lables and measure. Just in case you didn't know:

1 gram of protein and cho= 4 kcals
1 gram of fat= 9 kcals
1 gram alcohol= 7 kcals

LOL...I understand that much...but when cooking in bulk for the week its much easier for me to keep things simple as to be able to know exactly how to portion things out. i.e. 1 chikcen breast 130cal. 1/4 cup of rice 160cal.

When you start adding sauces, oils and such it can really add a LOT of fat calories fast that are not as easy to get accurate portions on. Counting accurate calories daily is the only way I have found I can know weather or not my totals are in fact working for me or not.

Having said that, I don't think I have ever got out the measuring cup to have a couple shots Tequilla..:)
 
Ok guys here is a SIMPLE recipe for a salmon dinner and lunch the next day

1 half salmon (Alaskan NOT CHINA!!)
Local honey, mustard, rosey marry....thats it
cook at 375 convection or 400 regular bake. Small piece will finish 15-20 min, rest 25-27min

^ I normally eat with Asparagus and rice but had cauliflower and carrots with sweet potato from last night so ate it instead.

U can broil it for 3-4 min to give it a "finished" look but i ain't that fancy ;)

i have pre-planned meals everday, and have already calculated macros...easy to cook with oils...it's called measuring lol brother u can do it
 
I've got a Weber charcoal grill that's got several years age (seasoning!), and I make sure I'll put it in the garage if we have any hurricane warnings in the fall. Guess you can say I'm serious. Lol
And yes, the steaks, burgers, and chicken that come off of it, are mind blowing!
 
No its a charbroil infrared BBQ. But I do love Webber's. The old school coal weber with the uppwler and lower air slots was money.

I'll have to look that up. I'm really tired of doing just charcoal. When I divorced, I left my gas Weber behind so my step Sons (I call Sons), could cook it up while their momma did her thing.

Ya I love it. I just bought all new grill plates cause they were all effed up and it cost me like $180 for them. I got the commercial upgraded ones. Way better

OK I'm putting this here and not in my log well cause I don't want to. Lol. Kinda hurt my lower abs in a tournament diving for a line drive ball. So I said eff the gym tonight. All this talk about food made me nuts. Because all i have had for four weeks is veggies steamed. Chicken w no seasoning really and brown rice with nothing on it So I said to myself. Self ,its a cheat day. So I called up my local pasta place ordered an order of angel hair pasta with meat sauce and and two orders of meatballs. Needless to say I just ate a half pound of pasta with about 16 meatballs and drank two widowmaker double pale ales. For those that don't know they are 10% alcohol. And ya I know alcohol and juice bad. Hey! Don't judge me I'm only human. Lol. Gotta it was amazing and now its back to the grind of good eating. Just thought I would share that in the I'm going crazy eating the same shit thread. Lol. OK now u guys can blast me about how bad it was. But I can take it cause it was worth every min of the heaven I just partook in .......

I agree 100%. The size of the egg is why I didn't pull the trigger on one. Think ill stick with what I know, and that's a large gas grill, plus have my charcoal for ribeyes, filets, etc., Yum! I'm cutting right now. I'm gonna have to get out of this thread, or my neighbors may want to know why I'm grilling ribeyes at midnight. Lol! Thanks for the infrared grill ideas. I'll go that route this time.

I just had some broccoli, salad with red wine vinegar and 1tbs extra v olive oil with my tilapia. YES, I doused the broiled fish in malt vinegar, and put enough cracked pepper on my veg to cause sneezing in China. Lol :(

My FUN happens to be cooking outrageously good foods when gaining such as steaks with minced garlic, seasonings, etc., pastas, my grilled bacon cheeseburgers are W-I-C-K-E-D!!! My neighbors tell me I make five guys burgers taste like mcdonald's lol! And five guys has a great burger!
