GI Upset

I was wondering if people have complained about GI upset after taking S4.
Elevated BP, nausea, bubble guts?

There are very few possible issues with S4, and none of them have to do with GI upset. Taking it with food might help. Perhaps your stomach is very sensitive.

Nope, but just change a few things like what you take with it, could be a simple interaction

I have never experienced gastric distress from S4 (or any sarm for that matter) but everyone is different. Try taking it with food. I suspect that will solve your problem.

Dose the S4 directly into your mouth, swallow, chase with water or juice and then sit down to eat a meal. Post another thread if that doesn't solve your problem and I'll try to think of a different suggestion to help.

I never had stomach problems with S4 either. You could try taking probiotics, that will help with your GI problems. The Probotic that you use should have a least 50 billion active probiotics and be refrigerated

I have never experienced this issue with sarms. My stomach is super sensitive and any minor change irritates it. Are you taking probiotics? Digestive enzymes? If your not you should be. A good diet will go a long long way with these issues.

What else are you taking. Including supps? Probably not.the sarms but who knows.

I stopped tking the S4 after only 5 days. I stopped all of my supplements and am going through a slow painstaking assessment of what is turning me guts! So far Stopping the S4 has been the trick. It just might not be for some folks. Too bad it was me.

I didnt mean to repost the questions...I can not edit the posts, sorry for taking up space.
I have not been taking any probiotics.
And frankly I have more stuff in my cabinet that I do not use I really do not want to spend any more money on things that do nothing to fix the problem.
I may be wrong of course but if I need a GI medicine to take a supplement, i have to assume the supplement is not going to be good for me.

Well turned out that my problems were from something completely unrelated to the Guinea Pigs S4.
Turns out a certain type of antibiotic was causing the gi upset.
