It's about the diet... Tren fucked it for 3 days all i ate was fruit and water.
 
Yeah but with that kind of caloric deficit you're putting one's metabolism in emergency mode and catabolizing muscle. It's all good. My body hit bottom and I'm shedding a bit more this week. If I end up squatting 495 and deading 545 while being beach ready I'll be very happy.
 
Rage and getbig, hard work, love to achieve that but at 41 and on 5th wk of first ever, dont think I will get there. But u guys are killing it!
 
Took me albg time to put this together bro, don't get me wrong, I'm getting after it. Might have to break out my MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE COLLECTION, for some motivation. That is what started all this for me to begin with.

Good looking out guys. Putting in the hard work in the gym and at the table isn't for everyone, having the support of good bros is priceless. As I said before i am a complete boot, but I know how to train PERIOD!!!

What a difference 3 months can make. I was a fat blobby fuck at 220 lbs, now I'm down to 188. 8 weeks of osta, with the first two added s4. last 4 weeks of osta i added eq and im riding eq and test for the next 10+ weeks@500mg and eq 250mg test...
I'm not on par with you any of you guys but I'm working real hard on it..eating big and clean!

i realllly want to try GW at the end of this to help rip the fat off but i just dont have the guts...too scary...my body doesnt seem to react to albuterol either..however i am prescribed/take adderall so that may affect things and help later suppress my appetite..

Ya I'm at 12.1% bf and my abs are way more present. But you have more mass I'm only 218lbs. But I would guess around 12-13%. Just get that diet and shred ready as possible and you will be sub 10 before you know it

I'll look into that diet. Ya I'm only 5'8" about 180 right now hoping to reach 190 about after this cycle.
 
With the proper foods at the right time and a hard workout regime and well laid out cycle no reason you couldn't get to 200 and sub 10% bf and look ridiculous my friend. Keep it up and add a few tweaks and ur there.

Thanks for the motivation bro. My goal is 205-210 at sub 10% eventually. Hopefully compete one day but I got a long way to go for that. In the mean time I'll tweak my diet like you said and keep pushing myself.

There u will see where I started which was 210 and 15.1% bf and what not. In two weeks or so I have added 8lbs and dropped 3% of my bf. So if my old ass can do it so can you.

2 weeks ! What kind of magic sauce are you on. 8 pounds! and lost body fat? How are you testing your bf? Calipers, dunking? What is the title of the thread the log is under?

My diet and meals are very strict that's why I'm dropping bf and still gaining muscle cause I work my ass off in the gym and I'm also a ball player I play like 5-10 games a week. Plus I build trusses for a living so I'm basically working out 24-7 lol

Yes that is it. Well mine is older it white but ya that's it. Plus they have a big machine at my gym that does bf. Bone density. And the ratio of bone density to muscle density all kinds if trick shit. So I always double up to make sure its accurate. But that little hand held is pretty much spot on.

I have calipers but it doesn't add up right for some reason.....the closest I have gotten is the army measurement system
