Did one hour of cardio and burned approximately 600 calories. Did a few lower ab exercises and some decline sit-ups. In vacation and all I travelled with is my n2guard and my saffron extract. Slept unbelievably again last night too.

Ok. I'm going to drop my tren dose to 200mg. I'll admit I bit off more than I could chew. This will leave me with 50%of my tren cycle leftover at 200mg. Last tren cycle for me. Definitely lost weight throwing up the other night.
Ok. I'm feeling way better, almost back to normal. I lost 1.5" off my waist and 9 pounds over the weekend due to a fruit/liquid diet. I can get a few bottles of mast for free so i may throw those in. I'm dropping my tren to 200/wk and upping the eq to 800. I'm gonna grab some taurine and throw some winny in. I'll keep my t3 at 25 micrograms, aromasin at 25 mg, gw at 25 mg and keep throwing glutamine in the mix. I'm going to see if I can keep the prami out of the mix because I felt way better the past 2 nigjts and slept deeeeep... With some pretty vivid dreams. I'll get some bloods done in a few weeks to see where I am at. I'll also donate to keep the rbc's at a minimum..... This cycle may pan out afterall.
Today I did legs and abs. Didn't set any PR's just got in and out as fast as possible. I ate the best I've eaten in a long time though. I'm feel like the desirable tren sides are kicking in pretty well. I know it took a solid 3 minutes to draw 1.5 CCs when i was pinning 300 2x a week. I am waiting for some more gw and s-4. Kind of pumped to see how the s-4 treats me.
Ok. Did arms in high volume and some ab work. Dosed:s4, proviron, t3, 1.0mg letro, gw. Took a snap shot, lighting is crap but abs are starting to come in slightly. Have a lot of work to do. Cardio for the rest of this month.

I took a 16 hour combined road trip. Slept like a baby sat night and ate next to nothing...... Sat in sun all day. I feel like the tren e is starting to level out.

At this dose the only thing that has affected me is cheese... Probably lactose intolerant... Fuck lactose "i drink milk because milk is for babies...." Arnold Schwarzenegger... Get some... I can spell Schwarzenegger easier than my mom's maiden name.... P.s. It's fucking smith. My caloric intake is balls because I'm away from home.. I have noticed the gw/albuterol combo helps kill it on cardio... Even with the tren. For some reason I have been way more aggressive. Fly off the handle.
