Saturday legs
Squats Went up to 315 for 2 reps.
Standing calf burners
Glute ham raises
Ham curls
Leg extensions
Seated calf raises
Got some antacid for the acid reflux and it seems much better now. I just have to make sure I'm eating not only clean, but bland too.
 
Sunday legs. Ok. I did a leg workout again. Same as yesterday but went light on squats and did lower half squats with minimal rest. Slept WAYYYY better than last night. The goal is to eat all of my requirements by 630pm (thanks to my boy JBrankin for the insight).

Cardio. Ok. I did cardio and the treadmill said I burned 600 kcals in an hour. I pinned my 1st day if eq and TRT test and pushed my final pin of my fourth week of tren e (8 more to go!). I only have one more day of gk oxandrovar left from n2bm and as stated, it provided great kick for my cycle. I ran 8 mg of www.ag-guys.com albuterol before my workout and dosed t3 and gw today. I wanted to test out stevesmi's theory about running tren as trt solo, though he is definitely not an advocate of running it at 600mg, and it worked. I was nervous about performance the first time so attributed it to the tren but by day 2, I realized it was mental and I had to tone down the aggression. I have kept antacids on hand all day and they've helped neutralize tren acid reflux. Finally, I received my order of eq, test, halotestin, and winstrol from ay and it is beautiful stuff. I don't post gear porn but very impressive TA.

Okay, today we were set upon doing chest and biceps but we just stuck to Jeff. We hit incline barbell press, flat barbell press, incline dumbbell press, a very steep incline smith machine press, wide grip barbell press a decline and incline fly superset. I can honestly say that I experienced my first robe of trend rage today. I have only experienced rage one other time and it was from Trent Ace and it was an extremely bad day. Today somebody was smoking at my gym and we are a non-smoking campus. There are obviously things that we see at our gym where we feel compelled to say something but sometimes you have to take the high road and be a nice person. Today I simply informed a young man that he was smoking on a smoke free campus and he got all Toff on me so I actually exploded on him and called him a dirt bag and the director of the gym went and talked to the guy and told him he wasn't welcome back to the gym. Granted the director knows me pretty well and we have a good rapport but I am typically nonconfrontational so this definitely the Lord's me. Again, it is it like I get angry it's just I get Alpha.

Today was my last day of running oxandrovar so for the next few weeks I will be running trenbolone, EQ, and a TRT dose of testosterone. I have eight weeks left of my trend and I will beside whether or not I want to close this cycle out with Winstrol or Halo.
I brought in a gallon of water today got all of my protein vegetables and fruits in and I am running low carbs until I get my body fat where it needs to be for me to be happy.

chest and cardio. Ok my sleep has been utter crap the last few days. I should have definitely followed SD's log closer and kept my tren lower. 600mg was a terrible idea in hindsight. I an going to drop it to 300. I have a few pins preloaded so I will make fresh pins with zero tren and just eq and test. I think 300 will still yield results. I finally got a good night sleep tonight for a few minutes and I awoke and threw up like a machine. Todays workout had some pluses but I didn't get much food in me. One thing about tren is it definitely helps suppress the appetite. I may throw ghrp-2 in to assist with sleep.

Shoulders and back.
I did shoulders back and quick cardio and the workout was not impressive; nor was my sleep. I am going to start dosing a small amount of ghrp-2 in order to get some real sleep. My prami is at full blast too. Last night I puked my guts up at 11pm. It actually felt pretty good but what bothers me is that my last meal was at 3pm. Kind of weird there was still food left over at that time. I swore I was going to cut my tren dose last night. I'm hoping my body makes some adjustment to it. I doubt I'll ever run it again. Next november and december I'll bulk with high test and then I'll sarm it up as a bridge into my april cut with primo eq and mast.
 
I've read a lot of tren logs and never seen someone throw up as much as you. Not to be nasty bro, but what color is your poo? Nothing yellow right?

I've read a few with puke; jus google "tren throw up". I've only thrown up once. Felt like I was going to hurl a couple other times because of the acid reflux though. Poop is awesome. Nah, nothing yellow.

Yeah man. And my first run was with ace and it was ran very low. The quality of the gears I'm running now are way better.
 
March 27 arms. All exercises were supersetted and were done with 30 second breaks.

Close grip press/ez bar curls wide grip
One hand Overhead tricep extension (one armed dumbbell)/one armed ez bar preacher curl
Two hand dumbbell overhead tricep extension/close grip dumbbell curls
Lateral cable bicep curls/cable pushdowns

20 min cardio. I didn't take any t3 or gw prior to exercise and took both ghrp-2, prami and melanotan 2 prior to sleep. I slept like a baby. I also refed carbs today as I went 3 days with 100 carbs.
 
3/28 cardio
Performed one hour of cardio and burned 560 cals. Refed more CHO. Slept like a baby last night. Pinned the ghrp-2 as per jerzeydevil's recommendation. There are some noobs in vets clothing then there are just modest vets and that man comes through every time!!! Glad you decided to come onto the board!!!! Help's equal out the wannabe vets and sources. I knew ghrp's had the tendancy to help sleep but never thought of using it to help trensomnia; worked like a charm 1st night. No hunger pains either.

Did one hour of cardio and burned approximately 600 calories. Did a few lower ab exercises and some decline sit-ups. In vacation and all I travelled with is my n2guard and my saffron extract. Slept unbelievably again last night too.

nice i shoot for 500 cals/ atleast 1 hour on the threadmill when cutting.You are doing great bro.

Ok. I'm going to drop my tren dose to 200mg. I'll admit I bit off more than I could chew. This will leave me with 50%of my tren cycle leftover at 200mg. Last tren cycle for me. Definitely lost weight throwing up the other night.
 
Ok. I'm feeling way better, almost back to normal. I lost 1.5" off my waist and 9 pounds over the weekend due to a fruit/liquid diet. I can get a few bottles of mast for free so i may throw those in. I'm dropping my tren to 200/wk and upping the eq to 800. I'm gonna grab some taurine and throw some winny in. I'll keep my t3 at 25 micrograms, aromasin at 25 mg, gw at 25 mg and keep throwing glutamine in the mix. I'm going to see if I can keep the prami out of the mix because I felt way better the past 2 nigjts and slept deeeeep... With some pretty vivid dreams. I'll get some bloods done in a few weeks to see where I am at. I'll also donate to keep the rbc's at a minimum..... This cycle may pan out afterall.
 
Supersetted chest back. All movements had 60 second rest

Flat bench and deadlift (light for both 4x10). 135 bench and 225 dead for 1st 3 sets... 185 flat and 315 dead last set.

Incline and bent over row

Lat pull down and forward leaning dip

Pec deck
Seated cable row

Decline press flys/one armed row.
 
Today I did legs and abs. Didn't set any PR's just got in and out as fast as possible. I ate the best I've eaten in a long time though. I'm feel like the desirable tren sides are kicking in pretty well. I know it took a solid 3 minutes to draw 1.5 CCs when i was pinning 300 2x a week. I am waiting for some more gw and s-4. Kind of pumped to see how the s-4 treats me.
 
Ok. Did arms in high volume and some ab work. Dosed:s4, proviron, t3, 1.0mg letro, gw. Took a snap shot, lighting is crap but abs are starting to come in slightly. Have a lot of work to do. Cardio for the rest of this month.

I took a 16 hour combined road trip. Slept like a baby sat night and ate next to nothing...... Sat in sun all day. I feel like the tren e is starting to level out.

Did an hour of cardio on monday and tuesday.
Monday: Eq400/test blend 100/tren e100
Monday and Tuesday:
Gw: 20 mgs
Prami: 50 mgs
S-4: 50mgs
N2guard: 7 caps
Glutamine: 15mg
Albuterol: 4mg (preworkout cardio)

At this dose the only thing that has affected me is cheese... Probably lactose intolerant... Fuck lactose "i drink milk because milk is for babies...." Arnold Schwarzenegger... Get some... I can spell Schwarzenegger easier than my mom's maiden name.... P.s. It's fucking smith. My caloric intake is balls because I'm away from home.. I have noticed the gw/albuterol combo helps kill it on cardio... Even with the tren. For some reason I have been way more aggressive. Fly off the handle.

Update: I dropped tren to 200. Now i'm at 100 for the next 2 weeks and that's it for me. Riding out s-4 and eq... Starting to kick in. Dropped the gw and my heart rate is going up easier on the treadmill. I'm shredding up and starting a 12 week program starting 5/10.

I wanted to drop completely but had 2 preloaded syringes with 100 tren each so I'm spreading it out. Just not enjoying the tren. I like eating enough cals and tren limited this.
 
Ok. I'm a few weeks deep on the s-4 and a few days without my gw :( "memories." I'll run some gw in my pct though :). I am running my n2guars for support and occasionally throwing albuterol in for a boost. I dropped the prami since my tren is so low and because my test is TRT, i'm onky doing aromasin every 3 days @ 12.5 now, if i notice sensitive nips I'll push it higher. I am going to run another 5 weeks of s-4 and give this yomimflame a run. My eq is kicking in nice and I am noticing that animal hunger I adore so much.

seems like you are doing much better.Keep it up bro . Way to tinker though the problems instead of giving up .
 
Okay: I had 2 darts left with trenbolone and each had 100 mg. I decided to take a break last week and ended up hitting my Friday dart last week and my tuesday dart this week with tren. At the end of the day Tuesday, I started to feel a slight feeling of nausea. I still maintain my diet but I noticed my cardio was a disaster Wednesday though I did power through. So I can honestly say I am not a person that can handle trenbolone even at a level of 200 mg. Now, on to bigger and better. my S4 has been kicking in to high gear. Combined with equipoise, You can really see the results in the vascularity. I just started throwing in MK 2866, and within a few minutes of dosing it I started to get the same hot tingly feeling I got last year and a ridiculous feeling of sense of well-being. That is occurring as we speak. I have about five weeks of S4 left eight weeks of Osta, 14 weeks of eq. Towards the end of Osta, I will run 4 to 6 weeks of Halo. This is a break down of how I am going to train: I am going to do a 12 week rotation. On the odd weeks I will do german-volume. On the even weeks I will do strength training. My cardio on the odd weeks will be one hour at a fat burning heart rate per day. On the even weeks I will do 20 minutes of HIIT. I will bring 250-300 g of protein in per day between 50 and 100 g of fat per day and the odd weeks I will bring in 100 g of carbohydrates and even weeks I will bring in 250-300 g.
 
Man, I never do cardio. Idk how you make yourself do it.

I just lift non stop for 60min w less than 30 secs rest between sets. That's my cardio. Hat of to you for staying dedicated to the cardio.
