Just finished pct for a weird triple stack of ostarine, cardarine, and LGD. It went well. I lost 4% bf and my weight at the end was the same as it was when I started.

Height 6'4
Weight 280
Bf 19.3%

This will be a cutting cycle involving ostarine, s-4, cardarine, LGD... For just a little pick of recomp action, mk677, and epi drol.

I know this is a bit of a crazy stack but I lost 4% last cycle trying to recomp. Now, I want to cut and see what happens.

Diet will be 1600 cal
280g of protein
50g of carbs
75g of fat

Mainly chicken, lean beef, and tuna
PCT will consist of
Super pct and nolva

Once everything comes in I will begin the log.
I will log this 6 weeks at the beginning of each week with a weight, bf% and three pics.
I hope this goes well and I thank evolutionary for helping me find the place to get Sarms!!!!

My arms are about 19 to 20 inches in circumference. I know when I burn the fat around my flabby guns it will be around 17.5 to 18.5 inches.

1600 calories?! Thats loco, eat as much as you can whilst dropping mass and slowly decrease your calories whilst making progress.
 
If you can lose mass while keeping calories as high as you can why wouldnt you. The point being you START your diet at 1600 cals you'll lose mass no doubt, but dieting being the fiendish devil it is you'll eventually stall, theres not much room for maneuver at 1600 cals no is there.
 
1600 cal is way too low man. I would keep it at like 4000-4500 min! for such a big guy starving yourself isnt the answer. Im 6' and am leaning down on 4760 cal a day. 6 meals a day. clean eating. i make 3 of them an oatmeal/eggwhite shake.

i suggest you do the same
 
Due to the logic of a few dudes, I am restructuring my diet to 5000 cal, 300g protein, and 120g of carbs. 115g fats.
Whatcha guys think?

Lol 1600 calories was much too little and 5000 calories is way too much. I would recommend around 3000 calories/day for your stats and goals.

400g protein, 100g carbohydrates and 100g fat would be good macronutrients for you.

It's optimal to keep carbs under 100grams like Muskate said. You want low carb, high protein, medium fat. Also, congratulations on completing your other stack, great progress.
 
Try what the guys listed above. Nice thing at 3000 cal is you can increase or decrease cals in order to play with the body. Right in the middle is a good place to start until you learn your body. Man at your size you will be a friggen beast once you build on some good muscle!

cardio will be your keys to reaching your goals and consistency in the gym.

you don't need to starve yourself as has been said. don't be scared of food, use food to nourish you and give you energy. don't have the mindset that food is a treat or a reward. good things will happen if you start believing that
 
Great to see that you got some good results from your previous cycle. Will keep track on this log too - thanks for sharing and making the effort.

Beginning evidence of a six pack. All because of diet, hard work, and my first triple stack cycle. I know I am still very flabby but I am making motherfucking headway. I am going to kick ass this cycle.

Got some questions bros. Training what muscle group burns fat the fastest? I am losing inches around my waist like crazy. Cardarine is no joke. How long can I run the stack I am on without fucked up sides? Lastly is it normal to be horny as fuck on s4. This is the first time running it for me.

LGD is a crazy muscle builder. I am only on day 5 and my pumps are making me question what's in this stuff. I love it.

Just did chest and back workout and got two new PR

620lbs for flat bench
465 lbs for upper row

LGD and s4 are working their magic!!!

Week 3
My weight is a solid 290. I have stayed at 2800 calories and have gained ten pounds and dropped my bf% by 1%.

Week 5
Still cutting fat!
The drastic increase in endurance has allowed me to shred fat like crazy. My bodyfat percentage to this day is 5% lower. Here are a few pics.

great progress man. How have the lifts been this cycle? Once you fill that chest out with some good mass you're going to be one stacked human being! You got such wide shoulders and a big cage already. And your back is massive! good job man. keep it up.
 
I intended to do a cut. But it turned into a massive recomp.
Starting stats: Height 6'4
Weight 280
Bf% 19.3

Ending stats
Weight 293
Bf% 15.3


So in general this cycle was the best I have ever done. The combination of Sarms is awesome. I am going to do this again soon. BTW my lifts were crazy
Shoulder press 400lbs
Bench press 495lbs
Deadlift 625
Squat 725
