Solid training brother. Nice 225 hacks. Needless to say your cholesterol needs addressing brother 🩵
Yea i was looking at some other logs for reference on the bloodwork. Didnt see too many with bloods for LGD/Rad(the few i did see it was similar but not quite as drastic as mine) and a few just test bloods looked similar to mine too.
Already taking Fish oils, Plant sterols, Red yeast rice, Psylium husk, and Citrus bergamot
as well as eating Healthy fats like avacado, and some bananas.
I'm also doing 15min cardio/day, think i should bump it up to 30min?

I am not really an expert on this as mine is OK. However @LevButlerov @Allupfromhere @HarleyGuy are definitely can assist in guiding you 🩵

Just got caught up on your log brother I like the carb cycling and recomp starting!

I don't like these bloods for what the SARMS are supposed to be doing. And the Test level needs to come way up especially with SHBG so low.

Current Supplements:
Good supps

Creatine Monohydrate 10g
You can double this if you want

TESTOSTERONE (KC,WI,EK)

Result: 141 ng/dL (Low)

Let's wait and see your Free T levels with your SHBG where it is and e2 as well, but this makes me not like the bang for your buck you're getting from the SARM cycle so far.

Sounds good, will update when they all come in.

Yes please do. I was thinking about this in my Bronco tonight driving and I might have spoken too soon, I mean SARMS ought to cause suppression so your Total T can be low that's fine and we have SHBG low so the Free T and e2 will be the kicker here as to whether SARMS is doing you the good they claim they do. With selective binding at the androgen receptors and low SHBG I'm really hoping Free T comes in high and saves the day here. I'm not too worried about e2.

Tag me when you post those I wanna see that right away.

Day 40:
All bloods in except Estradiol
Carbs cut, no issues.
@LevButlerov @HarleyGuy
Your cholesterol is fine considering you're 'on cycle' (in quotes) and creatinine is only slightly above range but I'd increase water intake and psyllium and add N2Guard you can get it here: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/cycle-support/n2guard/

As for your FreeT and TotalT I think these SARMS are a bust bro. If your e2 comes back high then it seems all they're doing is lowering your SHBG and increasing your e2. This is what prohormones did to me when I was 18-22 yrs old and all they gave me was gyno.

Ok, i'm already on N2guard and i'll up the water and psyllium husk.
Yea i should've just done strait lowish dose test like a few people on here suggested. Atleast now i know. i'll finish this cycle and move on from sarms in the future.

Let's do that. Hey, we tried right? Another SARMS fail. Works for some but due to your diligence in getting bloods we see it isn't doing what 300mg TestE would for example. Great work in identifying this bro.
